Seasuite can be rented alone or in conjunction with the main house, SloMocean.

Seasuite is the perfect couples escape or great for small families, given its prime location directly across from the beach and one block to the Seaside Amphitheater. Seasuite has a private set up accessible down a sandy foot path and separate from the main home. There is a side bricked entrance complete with a shower and a small front fenced yard.

Step inside to enjoy the newer construction that has been thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout. The first floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full marble bathroom. The queen bedroom has two large nightstands, two large built-in shelves, a small closet, and a large mounted flat screen TV. Additional bonuses include a modern ceiling fan and room darkening shades. Just off the queen the full marble bathroom has a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk in shower.

Access the second floor via wide easily accessible stairs to open combined living spaces up. There is a large sofa that opens to a queen sleeper sofa for two, perfect for the kids. There is a large flat screen TV perfect for movie nights in, another club chair, and a modern ceiling fan. Double French doors lead to a balcony just off the living room with seating for two overlooking the landscaped yard and 30A, perfect for morning coffee while listening to the waves crash nearby. The adjacent modern kitchenette features gorgeous glass tile inlaid countertops, a small bar sink, a compact microwave, Bosch mini dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, and two refrigerator drawers. (note, there is no freezer, stove top, or oven.)
