Camp Watercolor Vacation

The physical location of this property within Camp Watercolor was perfect for our stay. Sharing one golf cart was adequate because our grandkids could easily walk or ride bikes to the water park: their favorite activity!

Great home to share with friends

We had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for a few families to share together. Walking distance to camp watercolor. It is a good distance from the beach but a golf cart is included and there is parking at the beach club.

Cozy, nice home in Watercolor

The house was nice. Beautifully decorated. Not as close to beach which would not have been a problem if it had been warm enough for use of pools, but this week it was super cold. We did get one nice afternoon on the beach. At least a little Sun.

Fabulous amenities in Watercolor, be aware of this property!!

I arrived for our family vacation to see the screen door was filthy, the porch swing covering was soiled, the porch chairs were dirty! Definitely a bad first impression! The living room furniture was something I would expect to see in a low level chain motel with soiled couch cushions, stained chairs and stained carpet!, The side porches had not been cleaned either. The kitchen and bathrooms were all very clean. The management did respond to my texts, covering the couch with blankets and the next day cleaning the chairs and carpet, as much as they could. Watercolor is a fabulous area, with so many fun things to do with your family! Make sure that this unit has replaced the furniture before you pay for the it! There is a huge disconnect between the property management team and the expectations of what a renter is expecting and the quality of furnishings the home owner has supplied. This unit should not be rented until all of the furniture has been replaced. I was told the homeowners were in the process of replacing the couch.
