Family beach thanksgiving

Traveled to Ted’s property for Thanksgiving break. The house was exactly as listed. Everything was in order. Ted was excellent at communicating before and during the stay. House was gorgeous inside and out. Half a mile to the nearest beach! Quick drive into watercolor and seaside. My family would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Home

The house was great, very clean, updated and had everything that we needed for a fantastic vacation. The pool area was perfect for the times that we were not at the beach. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Loved having the golf cart. We would definitely stay there again. Absolutely loved it!!

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 8. It had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were just perfect and we were a long walk or short ride to the beach.

Loved our stay here!!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It was absolutely perfect for a Christmas getaway. Although the weather was less than ideal, this home was a perfect sanctuary and the hot tub a wonderful treat. We instantly felt so welcome and comfortable here, from the gift box, to the Christmas decorations, to the plentiful recommendations of activities and restaurants. Ted was a fantastic and communicative host both before and during our stay. He was absolutely the best host we have ever had! We cannot wait to come back! A 5 star stay for sure! The house was extremely homey and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was incredibly clean. We loved shulk Gulley for dinner, the Growler Garage for beer and Pazzo Haliano. Also Goatfeathers had a GREAT happy hour. Santa Rasa Leach was also perfect for a chill beach hang. Thank you Ted for a wonderful stay!!

Couldnt have asked for a more perfect home. Great location, great amenities. The rental fit all 14 of the family easily. We cooked meals and enjoyed the pool daily. Ted was the best host I’ve encountered in years.

Privacy in paradise

My family enjoyed our 5 night stay at this exceptional home. The owner was very helpful and accessible. The privacy at the location is hard to find and top notch. There was every measure of entertainment from bikes to beach sundries. 2 full size refrigerators were great for keeping pool drinks cool. We brought our own cleaning supplies and soaps but those were available already. The kitchen includes just about everything you could imagine. Plenty of towels and in-home washer and dryer are a welcome feature for a beach trip. There were dozens of places to eat both in walking and biking distance. Highly recommend for families.

Blue mountain beach keep me forever 🥰

The house is breath taking! Absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! It easily accommodated our 3 families. The pool is amazing. If our kids could of lived in the pool they would of. The pool is such a nice touch and the perfect size! The house had everything we needed. It felt like home! From pots and pans to beach chairs. The little extras was nice & made it stress-free. The property manager Ted was easy to contact. If we had an issue he got someone there in a timely manner to fix it and if we had a simple question he was right there to answer. My family is so thankful for this opportunity to make such wonderful memories in this beautiful home! This is by far the best rental we have stayed in! Ted has thought of everything and made vacationing at this rental completely stress-free! This rental all together is way better than 5stars! We will definitely be booking again!

Great family home

We just had a fantastic week in this home. We had 5 kids 2-11 and all were always entertained by the amenities inside and out. Short walk, bike, golf cart ride to the East and west ends of the Santa Rosa Area. Ted was amazing and super communicative. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Wonderful experience!

Would highly recommend! Beautiful home. Awesome kitchen to help cook from home. Pool is perfect size. Beach is a quick fun walk away. Kids loved the adventure!

Awesome family home

Everything was just as the other reviews stated. The beds were so comfortable as well as the rest of the home. We had a great location. The Blue Mabel has great food. We traveled all around Blue Mtn Destin and Panama City for great snorkeling. Everything went without a flaw. Ted was great to work with. The only bad part was having to return home.

Thankful Thanksgiving

First time being away from home on Thanksgiving. But, this home made it so easy. It is everything you see plus comfort. Ease of getting to anywhere The house is spectacular. We found everything we needed at our fingertips. Clean. Inviting. My favorite spot is the enclosed front porch. The grandkids and I got up every morning and went shelling. It took us under 10 minutes to have our toes in the beautiful white sand.It is in a neighborhood. And the neighbor's are very friendly.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS PROPERTY...THE PICTURES ARE EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL FIND ... THE INTERIOR IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL...BUT THE SHINING STAR IS THE POOL...OMG..CLEAN, CLEAN AND CLEAN. ONE OF THE BEST POOLS OUT OF THE LAST FEW WE HAAVE RENTED. AS FOR THE OWNER, TED, HE WAS AMAZING . BEFORE WE ARRIVED WE WERE PLEASED TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM TED OUTLINING NOT ONLY THE PROPERTY BUT ALSO WHAT AWAITED US IN SANTA ROSA BEACH AREA ....FOOD, ACTIVITIES, AND BEST BEACH ACCESS!!!!! NEVER BEFORE HAVE WE RECEIVED SUCH PERSONALIZED INFORMATION. DURING OUR STAY WE HAD JUST A COUPLE ISSUES WITH THE POOL BUT ALL WE HAD TO DO IS CALL OR TEXT TED AND HE WAS RIGHT ON THE ISSUE..EVEN CALLED HIS MAINTENANCE MAN TO COME OVER TO CHECK EVERYTHING OUT! WE FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR OUR VACATION TO BE WONDERFUL. THE BEDS MORE SO COMFY AND KITCHEN HAD ALL WE NEEDED. IT WAS ALSO A PLEASURE TO BE ABLE TO USE THE GARAGE TO UNLOAD AND LOAD OUR THINGS. WE DID TAKE TED'S ADVICE ON GOING TO SHRIMPERS SEAFOOD AND GETTING OUR FAVORITE GULF SHRIMP( NOTHING ELSE COMPARES) AND HAVING THEM STEAM IT FOR US...OMG IT WAS WONDERFUL! NO MESS TO CLEAN UP SO WE COULD SPEND MORE TIME ENJOYING OUR TIME IN THE POOL. WE HAVE SPENT TIME IN MANY LOCATIONS IN THE PANHANDLE BUT THIS HAD TO BE THE BEST HOME AND LOCATION YET! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TO TED....WE WILL BE BACK!

Great Fall Break week - love this house!!

We had the perfect week in Santa Rosa for our fall break. First experience in this area of 30A and it is our favorite. Not too crowded, great restaurants (Stinkys and Shunk Gulley are favorites), fun shops, best Ice cream at Pecan Jacks. Beaches are beautiful and not too crowded. And we cannot say enough about this house — it was perfect. Very clean, beds slept SO good we want the same at home, the house is so roomy and comfortable, TVs in every room with all the channels and movies you could want plus sports channels too, the pool was one of our favorite areas to hang out, very clean and perfect size large pool, and everything was beautifully decorated. They also have a very well stocked kitchen with great appliances and two extra refrigerators in the garage. We loved this home so much we are booking it again for next year. My husband and I ran together every morning and we stopped at the health food store and had the best juice shots and smoothies. Our kids loved the fishing close by too. Ted the owner is the best. He is so responsive and makes sure you have everything you need.

Wonderful Experience

Perfect 30A getaway!

We absolutely loved everything about this rental! We have stayed in the Destin area a few times, so it was nice to stay in a familiar yet new area to explore. Santa Rosa Beach is stunning and so is this house, both inside & out! The pool is a nice touch as well as the screened in porch that we enjoyed coffee in every morning. The owner takes great pride in his house and it truly shows, both with his communication and the condition of this house & decor. We would definitely stay here again!

Large family; short stay

Myself and eleven members of my family stayed comfortably at this home. It was close to the beach, yet far enough away to not feel like your always covered in sand! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults were always found on the front or back deck. All of the beds slept comfortably and the linens were great. We really felt at home while staying here, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is gorgeous! The house is set up with 2 bedrooms, (bunk room + k) walk in shower bathroom, wet bar area and garage on ground level, 3brms, Kit, LR, DR, laundry, 2 bathrooms-1 master bath on an upstairs level with a deck and stairs out the back 2 be Dr s, to the pool. Our family had a wonderful time! We used the pool more than we thought and the saltwater pool was so nice. If I were to get a pool I would pick one just like this. We were only about a mile or so from the beach, (parking at the beach was a pain) but otherwise it went very well. The owner was very easy to work with, we had a problem with the big box ice maker in the garage but he is going to get that fixed. I definitely would pick this property again! We are a large family with 4 adult children and spouses and 5 grandchildren ranging in ages from 11 yrs to 15 months. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together and there. I would recommend that you book early because the availability will fill up quickly. Thank you Ted for a great vacation! Your house is beautiful! GOD willing we will be back! Sincerely Joyce Neun

This place is awesome!!

When you pull up you can tell that the owners take pride in the display of the home. It’s got everything you need to walk right in except for food. The entire house has an excellent speaker system that you can listen to music in every singe room. We ran into a little hiccup with the pool and Ted, the home owner, was super fast with getting it taken care of. The kids enjoyed the house as much as the adults. The dining room table was a great place for everyone to come together for food and board games. The birds at the bird feeder were very entertaining for the dogs. This place really has everything!
