Family trip

Great home for large extended family. Convenient proximity to seaside proper and the beach access. Quiet street off main access. We would definitely stay at this property again next year. 9/10 rating with only negative being issues with the spa working as advertised during our stay.

Great Stay

We had a really nice time at this house! About one block from the beach. We paid to warm the pool and it was perfect temperature. Property management was easy to communicate with throughout the stay. No major issues whatsoever - would recommend ELP and this house !

Wonderful location beautiful home.

Great house & excellent location

This house was fabulous for two families and had plenty of beds & bathrooms for everyone. We loved that it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes more to all the shopping and restaurants in Seaside. House was very clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, etc. Only thing lacking was hairdryers - we only found one among the many bathrooms.

Beautiful home very close to the beach

The home was gorgeous and everything tastefully decorated. There were three areas that we would offer for improvement. The hot tub is actually not a hot tub, but a sitting tub. We’ve never heard of such a thing and wished that it were hot tub and felt a little misled. We had to call the elevator repair man three times in two days. Of note, it was very difficult to reach 360 blue and had to leave messages every time. There were significant sound issues with the television in the family room, just off of the kitchen. Hlights included the bikes and the golf cart. The next time we come, we will fly into the area instead of drive eight hours from Texas. The tiling and appointments for decorating each of the rooms and bathrooms were exquisite.

House was amazing, plenty of room to hold a small army and lots of entertaining spaces on different levels. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids while everyone enjoyed being so close to the beach, walk was less than 5 min to beach chairs! Roof top deck was added bonus to view the stars at night.

Check in was easy the house was perfect for all our needs ! The kitchen was the perfect gathering space and was lacking in larger bowls and skillets to prepare big meals ! We had 25 people ! But one simple text to our host and BAM… new skillets arrived with a smile! Thank you for an incredible stay on 30A !
