Beach vacation

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location can't be beat and being able to use the e-bikes and golf cart were great. The community pool was great, felt like we were at a resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Pool

We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the resort style community pool. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our group of 6. Having the golf cart made it fun and convenient to get around the lovely area of Gulf Place. The house did include 4 beach towels and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Unfortunately the garage door had been broken just before our arrival and we had to deal with opening and closing it manually which proved an inconvenience as someone had to hold the door up while another person removed the golf cart or bikes. The pool use requires a key fob to get in and out of the pool area and the house only had one. For a house that sleeps 9 a second fob would make a big difference as not all of our group arrived or left the pool at the same time. We did make that suggestion and management states they plan on adding a second key fob. The description currently states the backyard has access to Longleaf Pine Trail. We found this misleading as there is not a usable path and there are a few trees down that make it very difficult to get to the trail from the back gate. Also the gate lock is broken and cannot be opened from the outside which is a bit of a safety hazard since being locked out would mean a long walk home if there is no one to let you back in. We did let management know and they stated they will fix the lock and update the description on the listings.
