Wonderful stay and a great host. We enjoyed every minute staying at this house and made full use of all of the WaterColor amenities. The golf cart and bicycles especially came in handy and made trips to the Beach Club almost as enjoyable as time in the water. We will definitely be back!

This home is perfect for a family vacation to the beach. The owner was very communicative and the property looked exactly like the pictures. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and we loved being open to the greenbelt for kids to play.

This home was perfect for our large family. The golf cart was the big hit of the week - and it was so nice that everything was golf cart accessible. Loved the king sized beds and bunk rooms.

Beautiful home in a perfect location! We had a couple of minor problems with the dryer acting up and cleaning crew being late, but the owner handled the issues promptly with fantastic communication so that it didn’t hinder our vacation. We had such a great experience that we’ve already booked our vacation here again next year at the same time.

The property was great and host was very responsive. Enjoyed the flexibility with all the Watercolor pools and beach. Only issue was felt basic things like toilet paper, paper towels and trash can liners should be provided for duration of stay. Also very limited glassware.

Great Trip!

The property was great and easy access to all Watercolor amenities. Some of the furniture and appliances did show some wear and had issues, and I mentioned that to the owner. The golf cart was a great addition and made the trip worthwhile. Would stay here again in the future!

Watercolor is beautiful! Amazing trip

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor with our family of (8) celebrating a 70th birthday and our granddaughter's high school graduation. The house was beautiful and beds were amazingly comfortable. Had an issue with golf cart not fully charging but was quickly resolved. Kathryn was very quick to respond to our needs. Will definitely return!

Great Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect space for a large group of ladies to spend a long weekend together. The porches and living spaces are nice and provided plenty of room for us to hang out. The passes to all of the Watercolor amenities made it so easy to enjoy the beach and the pool. The one thing everyone forgot was shampoo/conditioner and soap for the shower. It was no big deal that there wasn't any at the house, but just remember to bring your own!

Good stay that could be great with a few minor adjustments

The home is nice with an excellent location. The check in could have been easier if we hadn't needed to go to camp water color for a needless check in- 10 previous stays went directly to home which is much easier. Check in guy, Josh, not friendly nor helpful and didn't have our info. We did not get info until 24 hours before check in and then they needed so much info for golf cart and we were all in transit by that time, so it added a lot of stress. Previous 10 stays that was taken care of weeks in advance. Home was nice though kitchen did not have much cookware, silverware or glasses. (ie: only serving spoons), pillows on back porch were stained and moldy and first floor master bed/mattress needs to be replaced. Easy fixes to make it so perfect! Golf cart and bikes are a big plus at this location. The communication with owner ahead of visit was outstanding!

Ron's 70th

This was the perfect house for 2 adults, age 70, 2 adults age 40's and 3 adults age 30's plus kids ages 1,2,5,13 and 17! There was plenty of room and better yet, plenty of bathrooms. Once we got to the house, it was open so that startled us a bit. There was a repair man inside but after calling the host, all was ok. We never had to call her again. It was an amazing place to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday!

Beautiful home with lots of space for our families! This was one of the most relaxing vacations ever and it was due to the comfort of the home and the vibe of the area.
