This 23-acre, Gulf-front property is located on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, with grounds that include 650 feet of white sand shoreline, three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a gym, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room. Go for a paddle in a kayak or canoe on the adjacent coastal dune lake, wander 100 yards north to Grayton Beach State Park, or ride your bike over to Gulf Place Town Center three miles west. You'll be less than two miles west of the charming community of Grayton Beach and four miles west of Seagrove Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
