「WiFi did not work and was not fixable. Host was not offering a refund after the window would not shut and she said we couldn’t open windows after the fact. Zero help on getting anything fixed. We had to leave the house and book somewhere different. Absolutely never stay here and don’t let this host rob you of your money like she did to us. 」
