Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!”

“We had the perfect family beach vacation! What a beautiful home! Our time here was awesome. The house was big enough that we never felt crowded and the guest house gave us extra room and privacy. The golf cart made going back-and-forth to the beach so easy and the bikes were a fun feature- we enjoyed evening bike rides. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook for the family in the home is close enough to shops and restaurants That we could walk ride the bikes or take the golf……

“This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix.”

“Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless. The game room is perfect for kids. It is a short walk to the beach. The wagon and eight beach chairs made it easy to relax at the beach. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information.”

“This property is just lovely. Approximately 1 min walk from the door to toes in the sand on the beach- and that includes the walkway :). It’s close to town so easy to grab a bite, drinks, a few groceries… Rob was super responsive and easy to get ahold of throughout the booking process and our stay. It’s adorably decorated and the view is gorgeous. You can hear the waves at night and we enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch. I highly recommend this property and Seaside- you will not be……

“The house was beautiful, close to the beach and clean. With that being said the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Which would be ok except is also controls the TV. The oven does not work properly. Also the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors went off for several hours. I was on the phone EVERY SINGLE day of the trip with the company. They sent someone out but it was a huge annoyance and pain. I would not stay here again because of all of the inconveniences. They did give us a VERY SMALL……

“The house was great and provided ample space for two families with 6 kids total. The only issue we had was with the space in garage. The listing makes it seem as though the garage is needed for the golf cart that comes with the listing and that is actually only partially accurate. The problem is the owners golf cart is also parked in the garage which does not allow much room to store your beach items. Parking wasn’t a big issue, we were able to find spots just across the street.”

“Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again.”

“House could not have been in a better location. Close to everything. The house itself was so quaint and cozy. Absolutely loved it. Had plenty of room. King size bed in master and other 2 bedrooms both had 2 double beds each which our teenagers appreciated. We made use of outdoor shower, gas grill and the bicycles provided. Entire family agreed that we would like to come back next time in Seaside.”

“This is an affordable option close Seaside. We booked last minute as chaperones to our daughter's soccer team spring break. The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone……
