「They couldn't find my reservation at first and seemed unprepared even though I had messaged and communicated with them about what time I should arrive by. I had to leave around 6:30 for a funeral and inquired about breakfast and was told they had prepared it and I didn't even get a cup of coffee. The only reason I booked them was because they stated that breakfast was included 😑 It's a convenient stay if you want something cheap and quick but the service is a work in progress.」

The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. 「The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle...
