Beautifully restored and upgraded Fully Furnished 1940's Luxurious 1 Bedroom Apartment home located in the Grace/Proctor neighborhood. A captivating courtyard welcomes you, great for outdoor entertaining. Includes large bedroom, formal light and bright living room, dinette, newly refurbished "retro-style" kitchen with all new high-end kitchen appliances, full interior laundry room and lots of built-in's. Each unit has all new dual glazed windows, window coverings, new exterior fencing common area furnishings and landscaping. Conveniently located near shopping, walking distance to Safeway, CVS, or Town & Country restaurants and less than .5 mile to Memorial Hospital. This is a non-smoking apartment, no exceptions.

Good central location
We spent a week , to be near our son and family about 10 minutes away…worked out well! Very clean, well maintained and responsive, as others have mentioned, street noise a little much, but use white noise on your phone and you should be good… it was cool at night, but not sure the one AC in the kitchen would cool the whole apt down on a hot night!

Very roomy apartment. Kitchen is small and not very well equipped but hey, you’re on vacation and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Anniversary Trip

lovely place
the place was great. clean and light. a little noisy at "rush minute", but that was mostly due to a construction project that should be over shortly. And she has great windows which blocked the noise completely when closed. enjoy. you can't go wrong.
