It has been a helpful to have the access to the lobby microwave. This has proven a blessing. Should the Hotel staff decide to provide bathtub stoppers this will also be greatly appreciated

Only reason I wanted to stay at Super8, was the Golden Waffle Continental breakfast, and there was NO continental breakfast AT ALL. Paid over $150/night, and sign in the lobby said rooms with no TV $75. Signage said Super8 when we checked in at 4pm, sign was covered with "Park Inn" signage when we returned from Bodega and had a terrible time finding motel because of this. In the morning the sign had returned back to Super8. We all checked our abdomens to make sure we still had our vital organs!

My real experience was more favorable this time over to the Super 8 because the times are somehow changing for me. Neighbors there are speaking one to another now however briefly in a more copesetic and may I say, in a more needful way. This has little to do with the business aspect of the Super 8, only I thought it might be worth the mentioning

Me gusta mucho este hotel ,pero esta última vez tuve una mala experiencia ya que me hospedé por dos días y al hacer la reserva no comunicaron que el aire central estaba roto y no enfriaba ,creo que no deberían de rentar con ese tipo de problemas y menos no comunicárselo a las personas que van a rentarse ,llegue tarde en la noche y al darme cuenta fui y le pregunté a la persona que estaba en la resección y me explicó eso que podía cla irme de habitación pero igual los aires centrales no funcionaban que no podía creer que no me lo informaran ,sino hubiese sido por ese problema me hubiese quedado más días porque es bastante tranquilo ☺️

We were checking in after 3:00 and the room was not ready. Needed to wait 15 minutes. There was no hot water, the bottom hinge on the bathroom door was off the door - screws were stripped out, the toilet seat was sliding off the toilet, only 1 washcloth for the 2 of us, the sheets were probably clean but were stained. We had scheduled to stay another night but we asked to have our money back for the 2nd night and went somewhere else. Hopefully the refund goes through - the gal at the desk said if we don't get the refund back within 3-5 days, we were to call them and they would track it down. She did give me a printout for the refund. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place. There was some loud talking in the middle of the night and early morning. I slept about 2 hours the whole night. When we were leaving in the moring, 2 men from the sheriff's department showed up and were walking to one of the rooms. My husband asked me how would I rate this motel - on a scale from 1 - 10. I said I would rate it a MINUS 20.

I asked to be changed rooms because the room given to me, 205, had no working lights and a roach. I was moved to a different room tha smelled like cigarette smoke and also had roaches. I do NOT recommend this place. It is disgusting. Jasmine, the clerk who checked us in was nice and friendly. I hope she finds a better job.
