The main house, designed by architect Jacob Lehrer, is an elevated 1970s home transformed with nature-forward modern luxury. It features an open great room anchored by a stone fireplace and expansive windows framing the forest. A generous dining table and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen make it easy for groups to gather, cook, collaborate, and settle in. Modern technology enhances your group's experience, with a whole-house Sonos system with premium Spotify integration, a PA/karaoke setup with wireless microphones, color-changing lights, and a 65" digital art display. Five calming bedrooms plus a finished lower level provide flexible accommodations for teams and retreat groups, while a glamping-style tent offers a quiet, atmospheric space for meditation, journaling, or nature-forward overnight stays.

Outside, the property unfolds into a restorative retreat designed with connection in mind. Meandering trails lead to swings, camping hammocks, meadows, and panoramic viewpoints, while a ceremony/meeting tent with custom lighting creates an inspiring alternative to a traditional conference room. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heating is available for $100 per day, and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.
- The outdoor yurt and hammock area are accessible only via a scenic hike using the owner’s private trails.
- Guests should be comfortable walking on natural, uneven terrain to reach some outdoor amenities.
- Embrace a “Living with Nature” experience — expect local wildlife and natural surroundings as part of your stay.
- Trails and outdoor areas may include elevation changes and uneven paths; sturdy shoes are recommended.
- The yurt is located roughly half a mile down uneven terrain on a dirt path through a forested area. Please note that access to the tent/yurt may be more challenging during periods of heavy rain. The path is a dirt road and can become muddy during the rainy season. Weather-related inaccessibility does not qualify for a refund.

Parking Details:
- There is parking for up to five cars.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
