Had a good time
Overall good. Some of the basics like salt, pepper, sugar not there but were acquired in timely fashion by managers when asked. Teflon pans were damaged and unsafe to use. One broken toilet valve, and the heat seemed to stay on even though we turned it off. Main oven didn’t work well. Great fridges! Managers were accommodating and cimmunicative. The house and ambiance was attractive. Great water pressure in the showers. We appreciated the privacy and seclusion.

Sonoma perfect
The property was perfect for our group of 10. We were ideally located for wine tasting and the beautiful space has privacy and wonderful indoor and outdoor space. The perfect wine country experience!! The property manager was responsive and helpful. We hope we can come back some day!!!

Recent vacation trip
The property is amazingly beautiful. The air and heat system controls were initially a little difficult to figure out the showerhead in one of the major bedrooms was not working appropriately, and no amount of trying to make it spray appropriately was effective. Some directions as to placement of poolside. Seating for chairs would have been helpful as well as instructions as to location of bocce balls. The issue that was most difficult for us was not being able to close the gate we had called and asked for instructions on how to do that, but never received any reply, maybe we were not supposed to close it but we would’ve felt better if we could’ve closed it at night other than these minor issues the house is a beautiful location and was a true asset to our trip. Terrific spot for a group of friends. Very attentive and responsive hosts, gorgeous grounds. Generally well equipped kitchen (three dishwashers!), although if you want to cook, bring all necessary staples.

The property is nestled in a picturesque vineyard, breathtaking views. Clean with a great layout. Pool/Outdoor space was amazing. A few hiccups prevent me from giving a perfect rating. Despite communicating arrival times 3X to the property manager's team (wine tour), we still received a few emails and text msg on check-in day reminding us of the the process. It would have been more seamless if our previous communication had been acknowledged. Upon check-in, we were informed that a bachelorette party caused damage. Despite my communication and background check, we were subjected to q’s about our own party, which felt unnecessary. Certain comments made by the PM were slightly annoying, remarks about the property frequently attracting groups of women and booking through the website would have saved $1,500. The most significant issue was the last night of our stay, one of the refrigerators stopped working. This posed a problem as our group's chef had already spent hours planning, shopping, $ and preparing meals for 12 people and the spoiled food resulted in a disappointing final meal. When I contacted Randy about the issue, he initially downplayed its significance. He eventually acknowledged the problem and sent someone to clean out the fridge, but the initial response left us feeling frustrated. He also made another concession once asked. Despite these drawbacks, I must emphasize that the property itself is truly beautiful, and the property manager was generally responsive.

Great place for a special occasion
Villa Vernazza is a beautiful, well equipped place for a special occasion. The location is terrific in the middle of a working vineyard and very private. The house has everything you need to either relax after a long day elsewhere or just hang out and relax all day long. The host is super responsive and helpful. I would definatly recommend it.

Our daughter got married at Vine Hill House. The location of the Villa and accommodations were excellent. It was a perfect family experience. The house was well equipped, comfortable and in a gorgeous setting. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful Vineyard House Getaway
The house was extremely beautiful and spacious. It has a pool, jacuzzi, Bbq area, several outdoor areas to relax. The views on this property are amazing!

Fantastic property near Sebastopol and Santa Rose
We just spent a Easter weekend in the property. 6 adults and 4 kids. This is a great place. There are 4 master suites and two studies. Plenty of spaces for everybody’s privacy. The outdoor space is also very nice. The property manager was super nice. Overall we had a great stay. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful villa in a vineyard
Gorgeous house. Bigger than the pictures make it seem. We were celebrating a 30th birthday and enjoyed being close to wineries, Sebastopol, and Santa Rosa. What an awesome vacation! Randy was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

With over a dozen doors that open to the ouotside it's tempting to fling them open and let the fresh air flow through but you are in the country so you want to make sure you keep the screens closed or you will let flies in. This place was a dream, we enjoyed every aspect of this property. Our group loved the space! Amazing views and a great pool area. We did have the fence removed prior to arriving (extra fee) but we thought it was worth it for the unobstructed space. This home is so much more breathtaking in person- definitely don’t hesitate to book it!

Perfect!
Such a wonderful vacation! The grandkids were swimming all day and played pool and boche ball! The property is stunning! Walking around the vineyard in the morning and night was so peaceful. Plus the beds were so comfortable.. (this is so important ). Each couple felt the same way.. to have 4 en-suite areas for each of us and comfy beds is extremely rare! The house is exceptional! There is so much room we were never felt crowded! We would love to come back again.. Very close to all the wineries and Santa Rosa.. This was such a Blessing and the grandkids said it was their favorite vacation! (Even over Disneyland!!) 😊

Ladies wine tasting weekend
The property was lovely set in the middle of a vineyard with spacious accommodations. We were able to spread out, there were 12 of us in the four bedrooms and we used the mattresses from the couches and the blow up bed. We were aware of the neighbors being sensitive to noise so we moved to the front patio once it got a little later in the evening and with the fire pit and the fountain it was fine. Our only complaint was that the pool cover did not function so we were not able to use the pool and the jacuzzi does not have jets with air, so it's mostly a soaking tub. The bocce ball court was fun, but the balls are in bad shape and need replacing. The location was great for tasting in the Russian River Valley, we were close to so many great wineries without having to drive very far. The house was great for what we used it for. It was a really great weekend. Thanks so much!!

My group and I had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, fully stocked with the essentials and the property manager was very responsive when we needed him. I would definitely recommend for a family trips or girls weekend. We loved it!

Girls Weekend
Stunning property - just beautiful. The house is sprawling with plenty of room for a large group (we were 11), great space for entertaining, and privacy if you need it. The outside pool area is a major highlight and the scenic view makes it even more peaceful. Easy to get to from SFO and short distances to all the fabulous wineries in Sonoma County. Randy was an excellent host and provided us with everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend and will stay again!

The Villa was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 couples as we celebrated a 50th birthday. We cooked, danced and enjoyed activities provided at the villa: bocce ball, hot tub, billiards, and ping pong. We are already talking about our next visit!

Wonderful getaway with two of our best friends
We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Randy was fantastic to work with. He made everything so smooth and easy. He even met us at the home and walked us through all of the amenities and systems when we arrived. The home is absolutely amazing, better than the pictures even. The surrounding property is beautiful and quiet. The loop around the border of the property is great for a morning run or an evening walk. The location couldn't be a better homebase for the best that the Russian River Valley has to offer.

Amazing birthday celebration
We had a great time during our wine tasting weekend stay at Villa Vernazza this December. We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday with a group of our closest friends. The home was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the bedrooms were spacious and private and the living spaces were perfect for entertaining and preparing dinner for our group of 10. Everyone also had a blast using the pool and ping pong tables in the garage, as well as bocce court out back. We will definitely stay here in the future when we visit. Perfection!
We had an absolutely incredible stay at this amazing Villa. It has everything you could possibly ask for and more. The home is simply stunning! It was spotless, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and there was a bathroom with a walk in shower, a shower seat and grab bar, which along with the step-less property made it accessible for all members of our group. The high chair and pool fence made it safe for our toddler, but we’d advise bringing a travel cot as there isn’t a cot/crib available for little ones. The setting amongst the vineyard is gorgeous with amazing views in all directions, and a beautifully maintained garden with pool, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. We wish we could have stayed for longer, the property is amazing!! Also the property manager, Randy had a warm welcome for us, and was very helpful showing us around, then have us our space for the stay but we knew we could reach him if we needed help.

Spacious Vacation Home
Enjoyed spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen and many bathrooms for our family of 10, but could use a few more bath towels. Kids couldn't be happier swimming all day and the views of the vineyard and horses were a relaxing treat to the busy days back at home.

Wonderful stay!
The villa and grounds do look better in person than in the photos as others have said. The single-story house was good for my parents. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of indoor and and outdoor furniture for our group of 11. Pool was a nice temperature and there were enough pool towels available. We used all the amenities - pool, spa, pool table, ping pong, BBQ grill, outdoor gas fire pit, indoor card game table, streaming TV, WiFi. There were even a few desks in the rooms for those that had work meetings. Property manager was responsive the few times I contacted him. The only minor complaint I heard from my group is that there were few/no hangers in the closets.

Most beautiful property I've ever stayed in. Wonderful amenities, fully stocked with every item in the kitchen you could need for cooking, beds comfortable, back yard was breathtaking, there are horses across the way! Would recommend to anyone.

Great house for groups
Terrific property for groups. We had 4 couples and everyone had their own suite plus the huge great room to share. You are staying on the grounds of a working vineyard so you will hear farm equipment early in the morning but the house and property are great

Hi Brian, Thanks for the great review. It is fairly rare that there is work going on in the vineyards but much of the work requires no wind so it has to be done very early in the morning. They always try to schedule it when there are no renters but it is not always possible. We provide sound machines in all sleeping areas to help when needed. Randy
