“This was our first stay at the Waterscape. We have a two year old little boy and we believe he had the best time. We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach, then go to the pool area, and be able to walk back and forth as we wanted with the showers (to rinse off sand) right in between. There are lots of pool options, but with this being October we really appreciated the heated pool. We also appreciated the little tiki bar with food options. The condo was very nice……

“Nice place, close walk to beach, distant beach view. The Bayside beach was also pretty. However for families with small children and non- morning people.. they have a 9AM checkout time, which can make your last day a struggle. Over all we loved it.”

“Highly recommend booking a stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family, 6 adults ages 19-42, children ages 17, 7 and 2 toddlers under age 2. The pack-n-play and high chair were of great help with the littles. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were also plenty of beach towels for all of us. The washer and dryer worked great throughout the week which was very nice as a couple of us flew into……

“Beautiful home in a quiet area on Pensacola Beach. The beach access is directly across the street which meant we could easily come and go from the property to the beach each day. The bedrooms were generous in size, clean and well appointed with everything you need for a fabulous and comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to book for parties of 10-14 people and the pics really don’t do it justice….its quite spacious. Plenty of parking and nice neighborhood to take casual walks. Would 100% stay……
