Hello travellers and welcome to our, spacious & centrally located, fully equipped 3BR maisonette with a private POOL.

The property features a large a living area with SOFA with Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for any occasion, long or short term.

Enjoy free access of the big terrace, with access to a large pool and outdoor area, perfect for to enjoy those summer vibes.

Also included are 3 private and spacious bedrooms, fully equipped with AC.

Strong WIFI included.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

The sofa can be converted into a Sofa bed , adding another guest above the 6 guests.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, all with a double bed and an ensuite.

Bathrooms| 4 Large bathrooms, 3 of which are an ensuite while the other is accessible from the living area.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Getting Around St. Venera:

Public Transportation:
St. Venera benefits from a well-connected public transportation system. The area is served by various bus routes, allowing convenient access to nearby towns and key attractions across Malta. The bus stops within the neighborhood provide easy links to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian`s, and other significant locations. Visitors can obtain a Tallinja card for convenient travel on the island`s buses.

Taxi Services:
Taxis are readily available in St. Venera and offer a convenient option for transportation, especially for travelers seeking a more direct and personalized mode of transit. Taxis can be hailed from designated stands or booked via phone/mobile apps for door-to-door service.

Walking:
St. Venera is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, featuring sidewalks and walkable streets, making it pleasant for exploring on foot. Many local amenities, shops, and eateries are within walking distance, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the local ambiance and discover the neighborhood`s charm at a leisurely pace.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
