「The owner does not speak English and I don't speak Spanish but we managed. She gave a brief tour of the property when we arrived. The only air conditioned room is the main bedroom. The apartment itself was immaculate and showed pride of ownership. It is on the 10th floor and felt private. The on site security was excellent. If you are looking for an out of the way place while in Bucaramanga, you won't be disappointed. 」

「I stayed here for 1 week. Communication from the host was great, letting me know how to check in (you'll fill out forms and give a copy of your passport) but having a 24-hour doorman at the building was really great. The location and price were excellent, the kitchen has all the basics, and there's a washing machine to do laundry. The apartment gets bright at sunrise, even with the curtains closed, and it's easy to hear noise from the hallway or the street outside, so this woke me up a few...
