“Location is excellent with a 7 minute walk to town center. The view of Santander is also fabulous. There were some minor maintenance issues and auto parking is limited so make prior arrangements with the hotel”

“I spent 4 days in Santander and the hotel is really good. Nice location, clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped me to arrange for early check in and helped us to book the restaurants. I am pretty sure I will book this hotel again.”

“We used the automated check in and they emailed me to code to the wrong room, so I walked in on a poor woman in her underwear. This is a serious security and privacy issue. I called and someone answered right away, so we only waited about ten minutes before they called back and gave me the code to a different, vacant room. Otherwise the stay was fine. We already planned to check out the next day so no one was at reception the entire time that we were there. There is a yummy cafe on the main……

“Loved the hotel. Room was wonderful, comfy, sound proofed, lovely pillows, great shower could tell it was cleaned regularly. Water filled in the mini fridge each day. Breakfast was perfect for what I needed. Close to the beaches and still close enough to the main marina to walk each night (I took about half hour ). Marina you can watch the ships, get ice cream, lots of bars and places to eat. Lots going on at night. Perfect location . Staff were also super helpful.”

“Amazing!! The room was huge, clean and tidy as expected! The property has a beautiful garden that you can admire while having breakfast! By the way, the host prepare a delicious artisan homemade bread every morning: still licking my fingers!! Located in a pretty quiet neighborhood, ideal to rest and recover”

“Great location and lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but it's close to lots of cafes and bars etc. The only comment was the shallow shower tray meant the bathroom got very wet and we struggled to keep it dry. A small fridge would have been ideal as well as it can get very hot in Santander.”
