Wonderful property

We had a brilliant week at this villa. The property was lifted out with everything we needed and was very comfortable. The host was pleasant to deal with. Our favourite thing was the pool, especially the way it lit up at night - the boys dragged us back in every evening! I would highly recommend this place for families wanting to stay in beautiful Cala Llombards!

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war tip top👍 Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen .

Geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhigem Ort

Pros: - viel Platz, innen sehr großzügig - bequeme Betten im großen Schlafzimmer oben - schöne Außenanlage mit Pool - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (inklusive Geräten wie elektrische Saftpresse), alles gut erhalten und im super Zustand - neue und moderne Bäder - unweit vom schönen Strand (vielleicht 10 Minuten zu Fuß?) Cons: Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Uns hat nichts „so gar nicht gefallen“. - Die Lage direkt an der Straße sorgt tatsächlich tagsüber für etwas Hektik (es fahren doch viele Autos da lang und von der Terrasse aus schaut man genau auf die kleine Kreuzung; kann aber auch ganz spannend sein, wenn der Mann im Lieferwagen seinen Papagei spazieren fährt ;-)), aber nachts ist es wirklich ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Direkt belastet hat es uns also wirklich nicht! - Die Baustelle (erwähnt in einer vorherigen Bewertung) hat uns hingegen gar nicht gestört (man hörte kaum etwas). - Innen ist es etwas dunkel. Da es sehr viele Mücken gab (da kann aber das Haus nichts für, das war wohl dem Starkregen kurz vor unserer Ankunft geschuldet und auch der Jahreszeit), haben wir immer die Mückenschutzgitter zugehabt. Das schluckt Licht und da das Haus zum Teil mit dunklem Holz eingerichtet ist (mallorquinischer Stil), war es dann gerade morgens und abends recht dunkel innen.

Pros: Gepflegte Unterkunft, tolle Außenanlage, unkomplizierter Umgang mit der Eigentümerin/Verwalterin Cons: Das Leitungswasser und Poolwasser ist leicht salzhaltig, zum Kochen und Co wird normales Trinkwasser aus dem Supermarkt benötigt (ein 5 Liter Kanister wurde vorab bereitgestellt)

Pros: Das gesammte Haus mit Aussenanlage war sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Es fehlte an nichts! Sogar einige Lebensmittel waren vorhanden. Alles funktionierte prima. Cons: Gibt nix zu meckern!!!
