Nice house in Holiday "beach house "style, family friendly

Pros: Nice pool, BBQ, table tennis, good WiFi. Walking distance to the beach. Cons: The wind blowing by the dinner table area almost all the time. It seems that Santanyi area is more windy and cloudy than Palma area. Bad luck too! The table tennis rackets and balls where not the best... needs updating.

Tolles Haus mit super Outdoor-Bereich in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus bietet für 8 Personen sehr viel Platz. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Alle Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, viel Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Der große überdachte Essbereich draußen, der Pool und alles drum herum sind wirklich toll! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, zu Fuß sind es in gemütlichem Tempo ca. 10 Minuten zur Cala Lombards. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Cala Santanyí erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 12 Minuten. Gastgeberin Aude ist per WhatsApp immer erreichbar und kümmert sich hervorragend! Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig-wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Perfecta!

Pros: Preciosa! La casa está muy cuidada. Es súper cómoda y la piscina es estupenda. Camas muy cómodas. Es la casa más limpia de todas las que he visitado en Mallorca. Todo muy cuidado y muy profesional. Playas y pueblos bonitos muy cerca. Volvería sin dudar. Algo a mejorar: renovar alguna sartén Gracias!

Sehr ruhige Lage, toller Pool und sehr schöne Einrichtung!

Pros: Tolle Kommunikation, alles war sehr sauber! Die Lage war schön ruhig. Wir waren zwei Paare mit je einem Kind. Die Aufteilung hat für uns super geklappt! Der Pool war großartig. Und der gesamte Aussenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet! Die Umgebung konnte gut mit dem Auto erkundet werden. Ein auto war für uns auf jedenfall notwendig. Cons: Es wäre super wenn man zb Waschmittel / Grundausstattung vor Ort hätte. Wir mussten einige größere Mengen an Grundausstattung dann dort gelassen.

Pros: Der Pool und die Außenanlage war sehr schön um dort den Tag und den Abend zu verbringe. Das Haus war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage zu diversen Strände war optimal zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum einkaufen ist ein PKW empfehlenswert. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Uns wurde bei Übergabe alles gezeigt und es war alles super sauber. Die Bilder entsprechend zu 100% der Realität. Der Pool hat eine sehr schöne Größe - mal einer der den Namen Pool verdient. Gutes Internet mit Reichweite bis raus auf die Terrasse gab es auch noch dazu...

Pros: Uns wurde eine Ansprechpartnerin zur Übergabe benannt, die auch bei evtl. Problemen während des Aufenthalts zur Verfügung stand. Uns wurde bei Übergabe alles gezeigt und es war alles super sauber. Die Bilder entsprechend zu 100% der Realität. Der Pool hat eine sehr schöne Größe - mal einer der den Namen Pool verdient. Gutes Internet mit Reichweite bis raus auf die Terrasse gab es auch noch dazu... Cons: ein keines Missverständnis gab es in Bezug auf die Kaution, da es in der Buchungsbestätigung hieß, diese sei vor Ort in bar zu entrichten - sollte dann aber doch überwiesen werden. Aber auch das wurde sehr unkompliziert gelöst.

Pros: Das Haus ist super schön und trotz seiner abgelegenen Lage nah an einem kleinen Markt, bei dem man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Der Strand und eine Klippe sind beide nicht weit vom Haus entfernt und zu Fuß erreichbar. Cons: Die Spülmaschine war zu Beginn noch voll und darin wurden einige Sachen nicht wirklich sauber. Vor den Fenster der Toilette würde ich Vorhänge empfehlen.
