Great hotel with an all-inclusive option we loved. The hotel is right on the sea at Cala Egos. 3 pools and all inclusive option provide so much at a great price. Buffet has good options everyday. The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything we hoped for was here. Already planning a return trip here!

Great view of the ocean and tons of parking which was nice. Water pressure was so bad after a 5 minute shower, after 5 minutes it literally would start to dribble a couldn’t even shower. The water also tasted like salt water in the shower. Also charging €7 for a mocktail that’s half ice is criminal

We stayed at AluaSoul Mallorca Resort for 5 nights with my wife, and our experience was amazing from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. The hotel was beautiful, and the beach was simply amazing. It was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip, with a very peaceful atmosphere and the perfect place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy Mallorca. What made our stay even more special was the excellent service we received in the hotel restaurants, especially from Rossuan. He truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience. From the first day, he welcomed us with so much kindness, warmth, and professionalism that we immediately felt comfortable and very well looked after. Rossuan was always attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed, and always did it with a genuine smile. It is not often that you meet someone who makes service feel so personal and natural. He made us feel genuinely valued as guests, and this is something we will definitely remember. We would also like to give a special thank you to Elvira and Eva, who were also working in the restaurants and were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and made every interaction feel easy and pleasant. Their kindness, attention, and positive attitude really added to the comfort of our experience. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay. The hotel was wonderful, the beach was amazing, and the people made the experience memorable.
