Bodde i ett av de renoverade rummen. Stort härligt rum med rejäl balkong. Städningen var under vår vistelse helt fantastisk! Väldigt mycket solstolar på området, aldrig några problem för oss att hitta plats. Härligt att kunna hoppa rakt ner i havet från hotellområdet.

Had an amazing 4 night stay. Property is walking distance from everything you could need. Would recommend for a resort style vacation but also if you want to explore the towns nearby.

Great location! Right by the Cala. Rooms are pretty basic, a/c is not very strong so room was warm. Very close to restaurants and shops. Very great area for nightlife. About a 20 min walk to the marina. Great for families, lots of kids around.

It was a nice room for 4 people which can be hard to find. The sectional couch is two of the beds and they had it set up when we arrived which was nice. Very new feeling and part of a large campus of affiliated hotels. Make sure you get a good view or it wouldn’t be as nice. We didn’t need it but there isn’t much parking. The main bus picks up right outside and can take you into Santanyi. The first bus of the morning is very crowded. There are many restaurants and shops close by.

Der Check-In konnte reibungslos online erfolgen. Das Personal dort ist super nett und das Zimmer war genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Dusche war bei Erhalt des Zimmers ersichtlich nicht sauber. Ansonsten war alles super, sowie die Angebote vor Ort. Ich würde wieder kommen

Perfect family break! Hotel is in a great location, with shops and reatauranta nearby. Great pool and beautiful sea swimming access. Breakfast is great, with varied options. Rooms are lovely and clean. Plenty of entertainment for kids too including clubs, just maje aure to check the schedule online. Although sunlounger reservations are banned, people set up towels before 8 am and these arent monitored. Overall wonderful holiday!

Familienfreundliches Hotel mit tollem Essen (jeden Tag ein bisschen was anderes). Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und trotz der Ferienzeit war es nie zu voll. Die Zimmer waren schön und wurden täglich gereinigt. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz und den Kindern (6 und 2 Jahre) hat es rundum gefallen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Hotel is nice, rooms are nice. The view of the Cala is absolutely breathtaking with super blue waters. To get into the water most people jump from the platform but a ladder can be taken down into the water. There’s also a sandy beach a 2 minute walk at the sister hotel which we were allowed to go to. Only down side I would say is that doors slam all the time very early to very late, there’s a buzzer for each apartment and if the apartment next to you is being buzzed you will hear it very well. You hear the people walking upstairs as well. We used a white noise machine and were able to sleep well but it is something to consider.

In general a nice hotel and friendly staff. However the management at the reception had an unacceptable rhetoric and tone during communication when checking out which flawed the experience of the whole stay.

Location near beaches, coves, shops, bars and restaurants. View from our pool view balcony was amazing overlooking the bay. Room servicing was excellent. Hotel bar by the pool is very quiet and has the most amazing views of the bay also.

The gym was nice, and the property is very well located, close to Cala Esmeralda and just a short walk from downtown, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants. They also provide beach towels, which is a nice touch. Cleanliness was okay, as long as you’re not a clean freak. The shower, however, was a nightmare. The water constantly alternated between scalding hot and barely warm, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The toilet is also located inside the shower area, and the floor would get completely flooded every time we showered. We ended up having to use all the towels to mop up the floor after each shower.

Older resort with dated rooms. Price doesn’t match the quality. Staff forgot to clean rooms one day and next day was a non-cleaning day but they wouldn’t do a make up cleaning. They charge for everything, including fees to use the in-room safe. Onsite laundry is 15 euros per wash. Very obvious that this resort is more about gouging guests at every turn than it is about guest satisfaction. Cala d’Or is beautiful but next time we will enjoy it from another hotel.

Vi bodde i byggnad G längst ut mot havet och hade en fantastisk utsikt över viken med turkost vatten som gick in vid hotellet. Några steg till klipporna och badstegen för morgondopp, snorkling mm. Hyrde även SUP (privat regi) längst ut på udden flera gånger. På andra sidan låg Cala Esmeralda, 2 min promenad men en väldigt liten sandstrand som var fullsmockad. Härlig pool och lunch restaurang på hotellet med utsikt över havet! God frukost med stort utbud! Vi satt utomhus med utsikt över pool och hav.

They need to give people more information about things offered and not offered. The beach needs to be cleaned at-least once a day possible cause of all the trash the comes in. Transportation also needs to be spoke about in check in, it is almost impossible to get anyone to come out there. It’s was just very little information and I would have been helpful.
