After visiting a the hotel post renovation, everything looks beautiful, but unpractical, the pool shrank significantly and its impossible to enjoy without bumping into a child/adult. For babies/toddlers will be perfect, but not for 4+ as the big pool is now very small for the volume of guests. The new pool restaurant was ok but expensive. The kids show looked very improvised and repetitive. Even the DJ was distracted chatting with staff around him. The mail restaurant needs for staff, plates were pilling on the table without someone being attentive to pick them up. The staff that we recognised from our previous visit, really makes the effort to do as much as possible, but more staff is needed. Half board doesn’t include drinks, be aware, expedia does not advertise this. Luckily we got compensation after claiming this via chat.

This hotel is in a beautiful setting in a picturesque cove. The room was well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The staff we met at reception, in the outdoor restaurant and cleaning our rooms were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a very wide choice of food options. Children enjoyed the play area. Didn’t like the very busy and crowded family swimming pool.

-For travelers who enjoy lowering their standards- Beautiful lobby, terrible experience. Check-in was slow and disorganized, rooms scattered across different buildings, and basic amenities nonexistent — no welcome water, no working toilet flush, no functioning TV remote without a maintenance saga. The pool bar served overpriced cocktails that took forever to make and tasted awful. Showers blasted water everywhere before you could even use the overhead, and the “shower gel” was so ineffective my 7-year-old son complained he still felt dirty. The final insult-No iron — unless you rent one. In 30+ years of travel, I’ve never seen that. If you want a hotel where functioning showers, drinkable cocktails, and wrinkle free clothes are “luxuries,” this is your place. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The design of the bathroom is awful, I’ve been to plenty of hotels and this was the worst. You couldn’t take a shower without the entire floor being flooded, including where the toilet stood! Also, I’ve never had to pay for use of an iron. I thought the 6 euro daily fee for an iron was ridiculous!

False marketing: the room we were given was nothing like publicized on the site. Management was dismissive and not willing to give us a reasonable solution: we were told the only option we had was that room that was a clear downgrade from what we had reserved. We cancelled our stay, but the hotel refused to give even partial refund of the 2900 euros we paid for our stay. Expedia also refused to give us any refund, even if it does not reflect the cancellation policy on the site. Expedia’s excuse was that the hotel refused even partial refund.

Zimmer rochen sehr unangenehm. Stundenlang laute Wassergeräusche, da Klimaanlage kaputt, wie mir der Techniker letztendlich mitteilte. Nichtsdestotrotz Menschen dort sehr nett. Lage gut. Programm für Kinder wunderbar.

Die Zimmer und die Hotelanlage waren wirklich sehr schön. Die Bucht an der das Hotel liegt war wirklich schön. Leider gab es im Poolbereich VIEL zu wenig Liegen. Der Service an der Rezeption war leider auch nicht so gut. Man hatte das Gefühl, als wären die Mitarbeiter genervt wenn man sie auf Probleme aufmerksam gemacht hat. Die Lautstärke beim Frühstück war wirklich störend. Man könnte auch nicht nach draußen ausweichen. Da hatten man leider einen etwas gestressten Start in den Tag.

Wir haben das Hotel das 2. Jahr in Folge gebucht und besucht. Im Vergleich zum vorherigen Jahr wurde der Pool und Barbereich, sowie die Rezeption zum Positiven erneuert. Generell wird viel Wert auf die Qualität gelegt. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Der Miniclub hat unserer 4-jährigen Tochter ebenso gut gefallen, wie die Minidisco am Abend. Am Abreisetag konnten wir bereits um 4 Uhr ein kaltes Frühstücksbuffet geniessen. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, obwohl dies nur hätte passieren sollen, wenn man sie in der Dusche platziert hätte. Auch zwischen 8 und 10 Uhr bereits Reservierungen der Pool-Liegen entfernen. Ab 10 Uhr, als der Bademeister kam, wurde darauf jedoch sehr gut geachtet.

Good hotel. Close to a great beach and a great cafe next to the beach that’s adults only. The hotel has a kids club. The kids club was enjoyed by our 5 and 7 year old. The 1 bedroom only has a sofa for the kids that can be modular to accommodate two kids. It’s not an extra dedicated bed for the kids. Staff was friendly.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tollen Urlaub. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Essen hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Dragoclub (Wasserspielpark für die Kinder in der Anlage) musste separat gebucht und bezahlt werden. Leider müsste dies sehr rechtzeitig erfolgen, damit man noch Tickets bekam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Average stay, our bathroom leaked for 6 days (floors flooded) and only offered a room change the day before we left. Offered a 70 euro compensation to be spent at the hotel however when we purchased drinks, only given 50 euros credit- too late to speak to anybody as again this is as only offered the night before we left. Pool facilities great but overcrowded and no sun beds available from 8.30 daily. Restaurant good but little to no vegan options, no vegan options for dessert at all except sorbet twice. Friendly staff.
