“Cute place with very easy to connect with owners, right by great shops and restaurants and along the river. ”

“Hot tub wasn't working, I cut my foot on my bottom of the hot tub. The power went out for about 5-10 mins. You have to pay almost $20 a person for breakfast that wasn't worth it!! Very unhappy stay! ”

“Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the pleasant aroma and pristine condition of the property. The gentleman who assisted me with check-in demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness. I subsequently required a room and floor change, and he handled this request with remarkable accommodation and professionalism. Both rooms I occupied were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The second room, in particular, was excellent, with the sole exception of the bathtub drainage.……

“Not a lot of options for breakfast; yogurt, toast waffles, cereal. Beds were clean. Hole in door to bathroom, I was concerned I would be charged for it. A bit of scum and grime in the bathroom that needed a little more attention. Was very quiet and pleasant. Enjoyed having the iron and blow dryer to get ready to attend a wedding. ”

“The room seemed clean on surface, then found old toothpaste marks dried on the bathroom countertop. The bathroom sink would not drain and the toilet only flushed once. The hotel windows face the freeway so it is very noisy at night. The building itself could use a little more lighting outside at night. ”

“The hotel is close to the I-90 so was convenient for me. Renovations going on so unable to use pool. Barely seen the staff except at check-in. Room locks needs some attention. Needs some updating. Breakfast was good. Nice clean area.”

“No phones or clocks in room, no local tv channels, apps only. TV was completely out on 2nd day. Louver blinds were broken, Desk personnel not helpful except for Tom. Breakfast was disgusting, sausage dried out, potatoes smashed, eggs dry, not many offerings Very bad experiences, I will not be back. ”

“Very sparse and basic, at best. The amenities in the room are barely existent. No cups or glasses to use for bath or mini-kitchen. Temperature of the shower never got hotter than warm. TV was basically just an internet monitor with some internet channels, nothing local or even main network channels. The room and hallways and lobby were clean. Looked like an IKEA showroom. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The staff was very polite. ”
