Excellent new holiday home.

Le 101 is a very comfortable new property with everything needed for a perfect holiday. Fred, the owner, was excellent in every way, he met us for check-in. He left gifts of homemade jam, biscuits and local cider. The house was well equipped with everything we required. Comfortable bed & bedding. There is plenty to do around Santec, with so many beautiful beaches to choose from. A property to recommend without hesitation! House

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einem sehr komfortablen , modernen Haus . Bequeme Betten, tolle Dusche, funktionierende Fussbodenheizung, sehr gut ausgestattetete Küche, tolle Holzterasse. Alles bestens eben. Frederic ist äusserst nett. Er hat uns extra noch eon Raclettgerät vorbeigebracht, nur weil wir in einem Nebensatz davon gesprochen hatten. . Wir sind sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns für diesen tollen Aufenthalt

Le 101 "Je recommande vivement cette maison, très propre avec un équipement de qualité. Petit mot de bienvenue, confiture, sablé breton et une bouteille de vin au frais. Décoration faite avec goût, une maison baignée dans la lumière à n’importe quelle heure de la journée Nous avons eu une communication fluide et sympathique avec Fred et Cecile qui sont très accueillants. Je recommande vivement et je serai ravie d’y revenir."
