Ils n’ont pas de petit déjeuner mais c’est indiquer lors de la réservation et ils mettent à disposition gratuitement café, thé, gâteaux, jus etc. Le seul bémol pourrait être l’insonorisation des chambres mais ça ne dérange pas plus que ça. Merci à eux pour ce séjour !”

“We took a risk booking bc there were no reviews around that time, but genuinely this was the BEST EXPERIENCE. This was the perfect stay for our first time to Italy/ and Europe in general. So easy to check in and the communication with the host was fast and efficient. In an old Rome building, but the rooms are updated and clean. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want to feel safe, clean, and walking distance to everything, this is the place!”

“We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking……

“The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It felt super homey, and the host was really nice and thoughtful. We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast, and overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Superb! ”

“Me gustó mucho la ubicación eso no lo voy a negar, pero la atención pésima, nunca me dieron opciones para el check in, llegué y no había nadie para recibirme y ni instrucciones al llegar, tuve que bajar y pedir ayuda. Pudimos ingresar hasta que alguien más de los inquilinos nos dejó pasar. El aire acondicionado súper ruidoso así como el extractor de aire. Al otro día la señora que estaba en el check in nos dijo del impuesto, le dije que no tenía efectivo y de muy mala manera me cobró con……

“Beautiful minimalist and clean room. The bathroom was stunning! Thanks to our host for always being available to answer our questions. Great location, 10 minute walk to the colloseum! 10/10!”

“The room and building we clean and I felt safe. The building is beautiful. The pull out sofa was terrible and extremely uncomfortable. I had a bar going through my back and we had to sleep with our heads at the foot end of the couch. Otherwise, the angle of the bed was towards the head so our feet would’ve been raised had we slept on it properly The AC didn’t work well it wouldn’t cool the room it was incredibly warm out at 29° C and inside as well and you couldn’t open windows it was too……

“It is situated in a lively yet tranquil neighborhood where you can sample the local atmosphere. Yet it is within walking distance from major tourist sights and right next to a metro station. Patrizio is friendly and helping. We enjoyed our stay in Rome greatly.”
