"This property was absolutely amazing. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I loved the amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. The amenities are extremely close and the pool and hottub were well kept. The lake was wonderful to swim in, and I enjoyed kayaking. The nearby restaurant was great. The owner of the property was very accessible and friendly, and she even provided contacts for local tours, private boats, and cuisine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"Casa de Palopo was truly an amazing experience. The rooms, grounds, pools & restaurants were impeccable. The staff was extremely helpful, gracious and accommodating. From swimming in the lake in the morning, to breakfast overlooking the lake, spa services and lovely amenities, our stay was impeccable. Can't wait to come back and enjoy this beautiful place again."

"Some key things to keep in mind when planning to stay here is that: - you must book your own shuttle for transportation to and from the airport - the rooms do not have central aur - the restaurant in the hotel is only open for specific hours: 7a - 10a for breakfast and 6p - 9p for lunch/dinner - they do not have a working telephone line for room service or questions, you must go to the reception desk for that"

"Pros: 1. The staff was lovely and very helpful 2. Internet was pretty decent 3. Views from the hotel were magnificent Cons Take the ECO in the name very very seriously 1. There was no air conditioning 2. Had to carry my luggage through a dirt path and also a flight of stairs 3. The towel I was given has dirt stains on it but the staff changed it immediately 4. The provided breakfast wasn’t great If I knew better, I definitely won’t have picked this property; but all in all, I think everything wrong with it was tied it being ECO."

"the beds were pretty uncomfortable, the rooms didn’t seem very well taken care of the sink had a weird smell because of the mold build up on the sink. the floor of the shower & bathroom had mold and seem very dirty as if it weren’t well cleaned as well as the room itself held a very strong smell. the restaurant provided good food as well as presentation and taste, I enjoyed the views and how helpful they were with getting transported to the other side of the lake, I tried to get in the pool but the maintenance wasn’t good enough to get in."
