The rooms are small but very clean. There wasn’t any hot water for the shower, but it didn’t bother me since the weather was hot outside. The place is also very quiet—perfect if you’re just looking to relax.

The property is amazing, the view from the bridge and the river are so nice. The hotel is a spectacle. The room that we had was nice with a pool view. The room could use some renovation. The price for one night led me to believe that it would be 10 out of 10 but it was more like 7 out of 10 for the room and 100 out of 10 for the property. The area requires a car for getting around. There are amazing things to see within a 20-25 min drive.

The most horrible experience due to management. I was contacted by the property a few hours prior to checking in and informed that they weren’t able to accommodate me for my reservation due to the hotel being overbooked. Not to mention I had reserved my stay 2 months in advanced. And the only solution they had was to accommodate me at their other location, Hotel Pinar. A day later, I was informed that the president was staying at the hotel. Wished this could’ve been handled in a more professional way and maybe contacted a day in advance, where I could have time to planned and cancel in advance.

The hotel is indeed beautiful and has a lot of potential to be exceptional, but the service to the client has to increase dramatically. Attention to detail and customer service to the clients, should be really be implemented as top priority. Additionally, the pools should be cleaned daily at times they were very dirty. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
