“Love the view from our room. Close to all amenities.”

“Mobility access not good, lots of hills. Not many charging points for scooters. Room was clean, but floors were always dirty as we always ended up with black feet! Balcony was nice & big, we liked the sun loungers, quite sturdy.”

“Great complex, so lovely and friendly also very clean. 3 super restaurants onsite, our favourite was the Pirate bar, Will definitely be back.”

“When I checked in, the reception lady upsell us to upgrade the room with paying extra money to join the BBQ buffet and with a seaview room. However I found the money was not worth, it was even cheaper if I upgrade my room from expedia. It was just with a tiny narrow seaview, wasting money. And the room was not clean. Toilet was awful. The boiler was not working on second night. The engineer said need to wait until next day. The reception lady ask us to wait in the next day. She did not think to……

“Such a great place to stay the local restaurants are a must casa mia & Trigo also Bahia beach stunning. The facilities are great and would definitely book again lovely staff who booked taxis instantly. All within reach of los cristianos, playa las americas and Adeje 15 mins. It’s a taxi to them area but not far at all”

“Great location if you like short walks, close to beach and restaurants. 10 euros to Siam park one way, great breakfast, room cleaned everyday, nice pool, great sunset picture on roof top aswell”

“Hotel molto pulito e ben tenuto , molto tranquillo . Colazione buona e abbondante ,ci tornerei volentieri”

“We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.”

“Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front……

“Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel.”

“Great”
