Buona soluzione minimal in centro

Un mix tra un hotel e un ostello. D'altronde la struttura offre sia camere d'albergo che la soluzione ad ostello. Le camere sono molto ampie con una sorta di salottino e poi la camera da letto con il bagno. Pochi mobili, ma funzionali. Letti grandi e puliti. Ottimo internet con un router in ogni stanza. Personale cortese e che parla varie lingue. C'è la possibilità di usare la cucina per i pasti. La colazione è abbastanza striminzita, non so quanto ne valga la pena. Buona soluzione centrale vicino alla metro. A piedi si raggiungono molte attrazioni del centro.

Maravilhosa, para a estrutura de um hostel o local é totalmente completo e muito bem localizado. Para quem quer conhecer o centro de Santiago é possível fazer todo a pé e o acesso ao metrô para ir aos demais locais e muito fácil. O atendimento também foi maravilhoso!

Localização excelente, limpeza do quarto regular, equipe da recepção do hostel excelente, quartos não possuem a cozinha, apenas a compartilhada a todos no hall do hotel. Pelo custo, foi ótimo!

The hostel is perfectly located - close to attractions, restaurants and public transport, and just round the corner from a supermarket. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though it is a hostel, it didn't have a hostel vibe - more a hotel vibe. The rooms are large and spacious, and very clean but the mattresses are old and not very comfortable. Overall, would still recommend this hostel as it is incredibly cheap for what you get and the location and staff are amazing.

観光に便利な清潔なホステル

場所が良く、観光には便利だった。設備も整っておりキッチンやロビーなど寛げる場所も用意されていた。レセプションの人は英語ができる方とできない方が居て、自分はスペイン語ができないので英語のできる人がいないときは不便だった。

Muito bom hotel

Hotel bem localizado e perto de muitos pontos turísticos (Praça de Armas, Cerro de Santa Luzia), casas de câmbio, lojas, restaurantes e é uma área bem movimentada. O quarto é muito bom e possui cozinha com microondas e sem frigobar ou geladeira, possui dois armários bem grandes sendo que um tem cofre, possui uma espécie de sala com sofá e mesa de centro e o banheiro possui banheira com todos os acessórios. Água quente e fria e sistema de calefação. É um hotel simples mas atende a necessidade de quem deseja ficar bem localizado a um preço razoável. O hotel oferece uma área para guarda de bagagens caso você chegue antes do horário de checkin, o mesmo vale para a saída. Ah, sim, eles não antecipam o checkin e nem fazem diária estendida...

Propaganda enganosa

Havia lido ótimas avaliações do hostel, mas minha experiência e dos que conheci foram totalmente diferentes do que eu li. A limpeza do quarto deixou super a desejar. O banheiro era limpo diariamente, mas o restante estava muito empoeirado. O café da manhã eram entregues dois pães e um bolinho por pessoa, não haviam frios (apenas manteiga). O quarto ficou três dias com o lavatório entupido sem um retorno efetivo dos atendentes. Atendimento deixou a desejar, principalmente dos que eram brasileiros.

Acho que o Hostel é custo benefício, porém o café muito simples e com o início muito tarde. Eu perdi 4 dias de café devido horário dos passeios, pois só começava às 8:00horas.
