IT'S A SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I was dropped off in the muddle of a dangerous neighborhood at 10pm. They wouldn't open the door. A guy from the other side of the door said they were never there. I WANT THIS HOSTEL REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL!!!

Great choice for the price

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s an old airy building, but very comfortable with several spaces to relax, both indoor and outdoor. The shared kitchen is well stocked and they are committed to recycling and composting. Hot water 24hrs a day and cereal, toast, fruit and biscuits provided for a self service breakfast. Quiet location, but an easy walk to the centre of town.

4/26(木)に1泊しました。 イースター島 → チリ・サンチアゴ空港へのフライトがダダ遅れで (正確にはチョイ遅れ程度で到着したが、他のフライト予定の遅延の煽りでボーディングブリッジが開かずに通路待機) 日付を跨ぎそうだったので、さすがにマズいと思い、直接宿泊先に電話。 中学校教科書、ニューホライズン程度の片言英会話で四苦八苦しながらも 状況を伝え、それに合わせて頂き かつ理解して貰えて非常に助かりました。 翌朝、朝食時に色々な方とお話する機会があり 大変有意義な一泊となりました。

Simplesmente Arrasouuuuuu.... voltarei com certeza

Eco Hostel possui camas confortáveis, muitas cobertas, limpeza todos os dias, uma ducha maravilhosa, uma galera que trabalha (recepção, limpeza, etc.) simpáticos, solícitos e dispostos a ajudar. Fica por volta de 15 min do Centro de Santiago.

A cozy stay

Lovely hostel with free breakfast, cereal, toast, tea and coffee too. Very friendly staff. Only downside was the Wifi is not great away from reception

Eco friendly and people friendly

Very nice hostel with clean rooms and cleans sheets everyday. Good kitchen with a nice breakfast including wholemeal bread, various jams and coffee etc. Big enough to hold enough people to keep things interesting but small enough to not be too crowded. Esp. helpful staff.

This was the first time I had to wash my dishes after breakfast. I hoped that other guests were deligent about washing with soap and hot water. There needed to be a larger raised drying rack with a drip pan to hold the many dishes and ensure they stayed clean and uncontaminated from the counter. Rooms can be hot. We were glad to be given a fan after the first night. There is potential for lots of noise from the 2 courtyards, if people stay up late.
