A few meters away, you will find supermarkets, shopping malls, exchange houses, historic buildings and monuments, a wide range of restaurants and transportation throughout the city.

This space with minimalist, modern and functional design. It has everything you need for an ideal stay. Cozy apartment, spacious and exclusive location. 200 megabyte fiber optic wifi internet, cable TV and incredible style.

Refrigerator, fridge, dishes, pots and pans, microwave. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen utensils, ironing board, table and 4 chairs. Items include: tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, oil, salt, pepper, water bottles, dish washer.

The apartment has a bathroom, which has a shower, toilet and sink. Fully equipped with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, hair dryer, toilet outlet, bath towel, service towel and hand towel.

✔Master bedroom:
American bed for 2 people, microfiber sheets, down and 4 pillows. Additional bedside tables, LED lamps. It also has closets and bathroom en suite.

Comfortable fabric upholstered sofa bed, ideal for an additional guest and a restful sleep. Contemporary design with full size folding bed mechanism. 32-inch TV rack cabinet, Full HD cable service.

Great host James ,great price what I have paid, but at night noises on the street and strip joint opposite to our windows, made that great price on the fourth floor not as much of a bargain after all. LOL A proper aircon could have helped by letting us close our windows. Thanks James for all for your help.
