“Beautiful property and location. The beach almost felt private. The views from the terrace were incredible. We were given total privacy and felt very relaxed here. Thank you, would definitely recommend. ”

We loved the pool and the views.There is sufficient a short distance away in Raffadali to help you self cater.As has been mentioned the road to the villa is about half a mile of rough narrow roads.We did have some issues with power cuts, but this is a Sicily problem not a problem with the Villa.Tarek was very helpful whenever we needed help.The one minor mark was that ad says air conditioning throughout, however when we arrived we were……

Somit sind auch traumhafte Nächte mit unzähligen Sternen am Himmel zu beobachten. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allem nötigen! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und angargiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder”

“Es war sehr schön. In ruhiger Lage, mit super Ausblick. Im Haus sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Zum Anmerken: bitte die Zusatzkosten vor Ort und in bar und passend, bedenken”

“Lovely property and as described. Very difficult to find at first but great location - nice and secluded. Pool was too cold to use but that’s time of the year we went. ”

“Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min.……

Tout est fourni, y compris les parasols qui sont dispensables.Fiorenza est tres agréable et serviable malgré la barriere de la langue. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. ”

“Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit eigenem großem Pool. Eine extra Außenküche mit herrlichem Meerblick ist auch vorhanden.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben uns immer wieder mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht.Sehr zu empfehlen.”

“We spend a wonderful two weeks in this lovely house. Carmelo could be contacted anytime and was very helpful.The house is off main roads and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. We seldom found a cleaner house. Most of the windows had working insect protection. Air condition worked well in the bedrooms and the rest of the house stayed cool if you close the shades. The furnature isn't the newest one but works fine. We made the mistake of leaving a still warm Pizza slice on the countertop and……

"The room is so tastefully fitted and furnished, meticulous attention to details. Feel luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The owner put a lot of heart to it. Room is full of light with windows on both sides of the room. There was a large veranda to relax with a glass of wine. The management is very friendly and helpful. It is convenient to park on the property. "
