A villa of 100 sqm that comprises one (1) master bedroom of 30 sqm with an ensuite bathroom (the shower is separated from the WC). The living space comprises an open-plan kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a lounge with two (2) extra-long built-in sofas with anatomic mattresses which serve also as sofa beds. The lounge has also a guest bathroom. There is a sea view from every space in the villa. Each villa has a very spacious private terrace with outdoor furnishing and a large 25 square meters swimming pool.
