Vastaanotto ja palvelu toimi hyvin. Perheyritys poikkesi edukseen suurista hotelliketjuista. Aamiainen oli koko viikon sama. Monipuolisen hotelliaamiaisen valmistus vaatisi yritykseltä lisäinvestointeja ja näin myös majoituksen hinta nousisi.

A éviter absolument! Horrible place!
Pas de réception au moment de l'arrivée. La personne en charge de la gestion de l'hôtel ne parle pas anglais si ce n'est "OK", "clean" et "tomorrow bye bye". Cela rend très difficile la communication. Poor communication. De plus, elle est très désagréable et reste campée sur ses positions lorsque mise face à un problème lié à la chambre. Le ton est monté à plusieurs reprises. Nous avons été très mal reçus. Cela fut également le cas pour d'autres occupants que nous avons vu et entendu exprimer fortement leur agacement. Unpolite and unkind person. La literie est des plus mauvaises, la climatisation fonctionne très mal (soit trop fort soit pas du tout). Concernant la propreté, tout est à revoir : chambre indiquée comme nettoyée au moment de notre arrivée qui présentait encore des moutons de poussière, des cheveux des précédents occupants étaient collés au carrelage de la douche, des toiles d'araignée et araignées étaient présentes au niveau des lits. Hotel not clean at all. Petit déjeuner des plus médiocres servi sans indication, nous ne savions pas où le trouver. Poor breakfast. Wifi indiqué lors de la réservation mais ne fonctionne pas du tout dans la chambre où à la piscine. Aucune solution sérieuse ne nous a été apportée. No WIFI. Piscine qui est d'ailleurs le seul atout de cet hôtel. Good pool which is the only attest of this hotel.

Uns hat Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Das kleine Apartment fanden wir genau so vor wie beschrieben. Anlage und Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausgezeichneter Zimmerservice, sogar das gebrauchte Geschirr wurde abgewaschen. Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen in einer Box serviert, Inhalt jedoch stets gleich. Etwas schade war die erschwerte Kommunikation (kein Englisch/Deutsch/Italienisch möglich) mit der Unterkunft/Rezeption.
