A great place to stay with family.

It is a clean place with a pool and a garden and is walking distance to Kamara beach which has many restaurants and beach activities. It seemed to be a family-run business. The service was good and breakfast had many vegan options (upon request).

Reasonable, basic hotel quality

Bed is super uncomfortable. The rooms are poorly decorated, however the balcony and the view is super nice. The staff are grumpy and the breakfast lacks quality. They are slow refilling the dishses. The pool area is wonderful. The rooms are large. The location is very convenient and not far from the beach.

Clean and nice

Hotel was clean and nice. Location was near Kamari, just 10-15 min walk. There was not any good pool bar open and breakfast was quite small but still ok.

Hard beds and hot water and that could scold you, room cleaning not until late in the afternoon! Breakfasts are wholesome and plentiful, Zoi and family were accommodating and helpful but could have provided a guide to the hotel and services in every room. i would return as the location is just within the 10000 steps per day of the beach and the promenade.

This is not a hotel with ocean view. The family which stays there runs the place. Reception is not open you are lead through kitchen by the family dressed in pajamas and no shoes. They are unprofessional and extremely rude. They ended up shouting at my wife and kids to a point where did not feel safe and ended up leaving the property a few hours after checking in.

The hotel is very clean the personal is lovely. The only thing I did not like was the food at Breakthrogh was tasty but little. We had to wait for them to bring more. Was not embarrassing. We had to leave a couple of days to get breakfast outside as there was none left. It would be great if they get my feedback. Otherwise all god with cleaning and changing towels. Every day there was cleaning.

The property did not respected my booking and didn’t provided me with any room, even though my booking was confirmed by mail. The property claimed it was an expedia problem and instead of helping with a solution, they put me to contact Expedia. Expedia was NOT helpful. Took 7hrs and about 10 calls so they could talk about relocating me and still they never relocated me. I had to look for a new accomodation on my own late at night. Castro hotel had a terrible costumer service, just as comparable to the Expedia one who was also inhumane. I am still waiting for the relocation..

A quel prezzo c'è di molto meglio

Sono stato 5 notti in queste hotel scelto per le buone recensioni, ma forse chi mi ha preceduto è abituato al mediocre. Venivo da un altro hotel in zona diversa pagato giornalmente uguale ma di livello eccellente, comunque benvenuto pessimo la proprietaria più giovane sembrava scocciata continuando con i suoi affari e consumando un caffè in tutta tranquillità. La camera in se stessa abbastanza funzionale letti singoli attaccati con solo due cuscini sgonfi assurdi, un bagno scandaloso con box doccia 60x60 senza protezioni quindi immaginatevi il lago dopo una doccia. Balcone carino ma per tutta la durata del soggiorno ciocche di capelli.Saponi in bagno in plastica già ampiamente consumati e nemmeno riempiti al nostro arrivo di una qualità indecente, teli da bagno sostituiti solo il quarto giorno.avevo camera vista mare che si vedeva a malapena dietro una serie di alberi dell'hotel adiacente. Ora passiamo alla colazione che tranne per la macchina lavazza per caffè e cappuccini e una macchina riscalda toast è scandalosa con prodotti confezionati tipo cornetti e biscotti tagliati in tranci., tra laltro la scelta è ridicola e di qualità indubbia. Nota di merito invece va' alla piscina veramente ben fatta con tanti lettini e ombrelloni con dei bagni e una doccia fantastici e super funzionali. La mia conclusione è che per l'affluenza che hanno lavoreranno sempre tanto e che di migliorare non gli interessa proprio.

Struttura molto carina, dotata di tutti i comfort. Eravamo in suite, dotata di frigorifero con freezer e tavolo di appoggio. Colazione dotata di tutto, ho letto le recensioni vecchie in cui si definiva spartana, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene, prodotti locali, salato e dolce. Probabilmente saranno stati i soliti italiani che se non vedono una brioche si sentono male. Personale gentile. Posizione subito fuori Kamari, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti, con lo scooter o quad 3 minuti. In 15 20 minuti sei ovunque sull'isola.

Stanza molto accogliente e pulita, con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani giornalieri. La proprietaria si è resa disponibile anche a mettere a disposizione la cucina dell’hotel per fare da mangiare al mio bambino che aveva la febbre.
