Great Service!

Great service! All of the reception staff, particularly Rosie and Irene were very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I wish they would include the spa in the price of the hotel stay (since it’s really just a sauna, steam room and hot tub), but that’s a small detail. Great food and drinks, and a pretty convenient location.

Allein die Ästhetik der Unterkunft sorgt bereits dafür, dass man sich wohl fühlt und das Gesamtkonzept ist deutlich auf Entspannung ausgelegt. Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern und alles wirkt harmonisch abgestimmt. Wir wurden außerdem sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen bei einem Drink an der Bar. Das Zimmer hatte beim Betreten einen frischen Duft und eine Flasche Wein mit persönlicher Grußkarte. Sämtliches Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden und in Ortschaften mit tollen Restaurants etc. Keine direkte Strandlage aber in guter Erreichbarkeit und dafür ruhig gelegen. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt sind wir sehr überzeugt und können Enarma Suites & Spa wärmstens empfehlen. Ein brandneues Hotel mit Charme, hoher Servicequalität und echter Gastfreundschaft. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

A little gem hidden in the quiet village of Megalochori, away from the noise and crowds of Santorini's most visited spots. The village itself is worth wandering: unhurried, local, completely unspoiled by tourism. From here you can drive anywhere on the island in minutes, but you won't feel the urge to rush. We arrived at 10am, well before check-in. The team offered us breakfast, access to all facilities, and had our room ready within the hour. That set the tone for the entire stay. The suite is beautifully designed, drawing on the aesthetic of Akrotiri's ancient architecture. Our private pool looked out over the village rooftops with the sea at the horizon: the kind of view that puts you in rest mode within minutes. The gym is well equipped for keeping up a routine, my wife used it every day. The spa is the real draw: a deep tissue massage left her completely satisfied. Food quality is good throughout and we used room service for lunch more than once without complaints. Breakfast is a lovely start to the day, special kudos to Georgia who served us every morning with such warmth it became one of those small things you don't expect to remember but do. The staff make this place what it is. Attentive, friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Katharina and Haris sat us down with a map on our first day and guided us through everything worth doing on the island. Every single recommendation landed. If you want Santorini without the Santorini circus, this is where to stay.

I can’t rave enough about this resort! It was me and my husbands favourite spot on our honeymoon. The staff was incredible and the most helpful. We already miss it and we just left. We hope one day we can come back again to visit! Would recommend staying here to anyone that is looking to visit Santorini. A huge shoutout to Katarina at the front desk, her energy is contagious! They greatest us with swan towels on our bed to celebrate our honeymoon and we’re very helpful with booking a catamaran sunset boat tour and we had the best time. Thanks again to all the workers here even the bartender made us the best drinks and told us history of Santorini.
