Spanning 98 m² of interior space and 40 m² of exterior living area, this villa accommodates up to 6 guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds, a room with a single sofa bed, and a mezzanine with a premium mattress, alongside two well-appointed bathrooms.



A distinguishing feature is the villa's private jetted pool, offering stunning sea and sunset views, complemented by complimentary satellite Wi-Fi connectivity.



Constructed in 2021 on ancestral land, this exquisite residence is nestled within the charming confines of Foinikia. Its prime location affords easy access to essential amenities, including a convenience store, quaint local eateries, and picturesque churches, all within a short stroll. Nearby complimentary public parking adds to the convenience. A brief ten-minute walk leads guests to the breathtaking caldera and the vibrant village of Oia, renowned for the world’s most celebrated sunsets, exquisite shopping, nightlife, and gourmet dining options. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the villa remains a serene retreat, perfect for enjoying tranquil evenings by the pool.



The villa is laid out over two levels, with the ground floor hosting a spacious living area featuring a flat-screen smart TV, comfortable sofas, an open-concept fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. The adjacent terrace boasts a jetted swimming pool, outdoor seating, and panoramic views of the sea and sunset.



The sleeping quarters and an additional bathroom are situated on the upper floor, comprising two double bedrooms, an intermediate room with a sofa bed, and a lofted bedroom with a double bed boasting a superior-quality mattress. It’s everything you want in a Greek villa with easy neighborhood access to Oia! It’s in a quiet part of town yet a short walk from all the action when you want it. I loved the nice beds and linens, pool to hop into at the end of the day , patio and worth mentioning the best hot showers of any of our island stays! You will love it!
