3 stars feels a bit harsh because the room was pretty much what I was expecting for what I paid. I only saw reception staff on booking in and out as I was using the room simply as a place to sleep. Staff were polite and friendly despite language barrier and we were able to understand each other well enough. The room could have been a bit cleaner but was perfectly suitable for my needs and if I was in a similar position of needing somewhere to stay in this area I would consider using this hotel again.

This hotel is cheaper because it is not located by the coast. Fira is 15 minutes by foot: the Karterados bus stop is very close but only serves 2 routes. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk folks were helpful and accommodating.

Were stopping here just for a night with late check-in, but the communication was proactive from the hotel and they arranged for out self check-in considering a late one. Amenities seem to have been renovated or upgraded. Perfectly located, away from touristic area with close access to local groceries and amazing bakery across the road. Would definitely stay here again for longer period considering the price.

Enjoyed staying here. I was able to check in early at 11am after a early ferry this was very nice! Room was great. Was nice sitting by the pool. Bus stop is very close.

Lovely place to stay with a great pool! Only a short walk into Fira with great food options nearby if you don’t feel like walking in. Felt safe and also like we had our own space with the layout of the rooms. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Extremely wonderful hotel with 3 generations of hard working family trying to make your stay memorable . Spotless clean , amazing pool , bakery and large supermarket 1 minute walking Walking distance to Fira - 1 km - or 1 bus stop ride around the corner . Peaceful and amazing views of the sea! Highly recommended .

The property is great. The room was clean and checking in was simple. I enjoyed the pool though the pool chair cushions could use some cleaning. The power went out in the area both nights i was there for a few minutes so I'm not sure if it is a regular thing that happens.

The staff were very friendly and rooms were adequate and clean. The pool was lovely and there was a restaurant and bakery nearby. Slight issue with one of the air conditioners in one of the rooms. The beds were a little hard. Would stay again.
