We came as a family of 4, (not many families visiting Santorini), but Sophia and Mario were fantastic. Excellent location and amazing view. The Caldera suite had plenty of room for a family of 4.

Although the apartment is dated, it was exceptionally clean and the views are breathtaking... All the staff are wonderful and because of them, it made our stay extra special. I would definitely return here again.

Kastro Suites is located in the perfect location... just a few steps away from the "Panoramic View of Fira" lookout so views were stunning! We were also close to the shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the main road. Gabriel was AMAZING! He was helpful, friendly, and so lovely to deal with. We even had the room with the pool right outside the room which added to the views and was convenient when we wanted to take a quick dip in the pool. A free breakfast was included which was simple, delicious and a variety of items. The only thing was that it was the same every day, but still great! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Fira.

Staff at kastro excellent. Nice roomy family suite - the bathroom is dated. Convenient location and the rooms insulated from any street noises. The biggest drawback are the crowds/lines for the cable car making it a challenge to get to the hotel depending on your timing.

The view from our room is priceless. The location of Kastro Suites is ideal. Eventhough it is located steps away from the cable car entrance where the cruise people congregate everyday, our suite was far enough that it did not bother us. The breakfast was delicious and enough to fuel us until lunch time. We mostly appreciated Mario's superb service - he was very helpful from meeting us at the main street to helping us with our luggages at 3am!

First the location is amazing, right in the heart of Fira Second the staff are a wonderful family, they made us feel so welcome and were so attentive and supportive The suite was perfect for our family of four Highly recommend it, made our stay in Santorini so nice - we would sit out in the evenings and watch the people go by and the volcano isle and the beautiful Caldera

The view from our room was jaw dropping. Location is great, very central but pretty quiet at night (aside from the opening/closing of the restaurant above our room). The staff were extremely helpful with recommendations and arranging rides/activities. Overall a very lovely, peaceful, and stunning place!
