I had a wonderful time enjoying the caldera view and sunsets! The location is perfect, right next to some fantastic restaurants and shopping. Just a heads-up, the stairs can be a bit steep when you’re carrying luggage. Also, being right across from the cable car can make getting to and from your room feel a bit crowded at times. In the morning, the restaurant above the suite might be moving things around, which could disturb your sleep depending on where you’re staying. The staff was fantastic! Sophia was so helpful, guiding us to our suite and even assisting with our luggage. The suite was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The water heater switch for the shower took a little while to warm up, but once we figured out how to do it, it was fine. 😊 We’d recommend staying here.

Staff at kastro excellent. Nice roomy family suite - the bathroom is dated. Convenient location and the rooms insulated from any street noises. The biggest drawback are the crowds/lines for the cable car making it a challenge to get to the hotel depending on your timing.
