不滿：職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
We stayed for 2 nights. I think we could find better options for the price.
The room was okay, the towels were very old and with mouldy smell. In our room we could hear everything: music from downstairs, people using toilets in their rooms, etc.
We had a completely transparent glass door to the bathroom so someone in the room could hear and see everything. It was horrible for us as a couple. Also the bathroom is very inconvenient and old. There was no place for dry towels, no toilet paper holder - they put it on the top of wet towels holder. The toilet paper got wet and was very inconvenient to reach. Also there was a soap for hands but no tray for it.
Another thing is the stuff, they never smiled at us or asked if everything was ok. When in the evening we went to the beach and took sunbeds ( we were told on the reception that they belonged to the hotel), the guy from hotel approached us and asked to order something from the restaurant or leave. We said that on the web site it was stated that we could use the sunbeds as long as we lived in the hotel, but he said "I don't believe it was written".
We left the beach but the owner of the hotel stopped us half way and said that we could take the sunbeds.
It was very confusing and we didn't like the service, so we haven't used the sunbeds after this incident.
