The room was clean and the area was quiet. The power does require a keycard to be active, which makes entering, locking the door and then turning the power on a little awkward at night. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The host/owner were very helpful and responsive from the start and helped me settle in comfortably. The place was in a good location, close to Fira market hub and was very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff were very prompt about cleaning, check-in check-out etc. Very nice experience staying there.

The staff are wonderful and helpful however I do feel the photos online are a little misleading. From the pictures the room looks much larger than it actually is and they don’t show you the full view from the balcony. I had an impression this had an ocean view but actually the back was a parking lot. So for the price and being non refundable I felt I was a little misled as I would have been willing to pay a little more for a larger room and overlooking the ocean view that being said the location was excellent and in the heart of Fira. The room was clean and the staff were very nice and easy to teach.

I enjoyed our stay as I was traveling alone with my daughter. But I was worried for nothing, the staff was so accommodating and always available to help. Good breakfast and friendly front desk staff. It was close to everything, as per a tousrist’s needs.
