We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and happy to always answer any questions. The property is beautiful and our room was exquisite! Fresh breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Private patio with jet tub was amazing after walking all day to see all the sites. Great location , easy to walk ! Close to restaurants and shopping ! We walked and took the local bus everywhere ! Very easy and convenient! Highly recommend!

Thank you Perla Nera Suites. We enjoyed our stay with your great accommodations and service - plus the challenge of our uphill walk to Fira! Walking from this property to Fira is uphill for health enthusiasts and your willingness to pay for transportation from the port, airport, and back from Oia. We walked to Oia from Fira every morning and evening and was the most amazing experience! :) We put on some walking miles/kms from this beautiful property. Thankful for the experience on Santorini!

We needed to extend the stay and was unable to have this added to the current room we'd booked, so that was inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a wonderful visit, excellent hotel and definitely recommend staying here.

I loved the property as the room was just off from the main hotel, so it was nice and secluded. It felt really great and private and the welcome gift made for my partner's birthday was wonderful and greatly appreciated. The staff were ever so lovely and welcoming and helped with each query. I'd definitely love to stay in this room again.

Excellent service, very helpful, extremely kind. Shower could see some improvements, hot water is a scarcity in the hotel room we stayed at. Stay here if you want to avoid big crowds, and want a nice peaceful and comfortable stay.

Spacious, clean room and property with friendly staff and delicious breakfasts. Walk to Fira centre and public bus station is uphill 15 minutes. The only drawback for our stay was that the jetted tub was not heated. Was more of a pool. We felt very safe here and it was a good place to explore the island from.

GREAT hotel to stay in Santorini

The receptionists Andria & Mary are so helpful & full of information. Always willing to answer all your questions. The room was very spacious, breakfast was delicious . It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the main bus station. There is also a bus stop across from the hotel that takes you to OIA. Very convenient. We asked for a couple of hours extra after checkout time & they were granted at no extra cost . Most of all the staff is very friendly & caring , even their mascot Lucas!

Perla Nera shines when it comes to service and it’s staff. All of our requests were satisfied immediately and with a smile. The hotel lies just at the edge of the city of Fira, capturing beautiful sunrises every morning. The Junior Suite was incredibly spacious and served our needs well. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious and had great water pressure! Breakfast was tailored to our tastes each day and delivered right to our door with a smile. This room came with its own small, private outdoor courtyard with a hot tub. However, the temperature in that was always cool and not adjustable. Staff always went out of their way to do anything that they could to enhance our visit. A 20-25 minute walk up the hill placed you in the middle of downtown Fira. Tonnes of charm and friendly people make this destination shine. Andrea in particular at the front desk was a shining star 🌟!

The overall stay was fine. The staff was extremely friendly. We stayed in suite 107. The hot tub was not properly heated and the tub jets only stay on for about two minutes. We had to keep turning them on. The bathroom door does not close due to a faulty lock. There was mold in the shower floor and various spots throughout the sweet. Both me and my friend had to take allergy meds because we were being affected by the mold. The bedroom sheets feel damp to your skin. The walls in the room had moisture on them. I’m pretty it came from the hot tub in the bathroom and not being properly ventilated, which I’m sure is the cause of the mold in the room. I think they should take care of that before anyone else stays there. Mold can be very dangerous. Again this is nothing against the staff as they were really nice. But I have to be honest with my experience.
