Great services!

The hotel is in a great location, a short scenic walk to town (Fira). This is a family owned and operated hotel. I have never seen people work this hard to keep the place clean and comfortable. From arrival to departure we could all feel that everyone there is focusing on taking care of their guests. Led by the father, this team of the family members provided wonderful services to us!

This is a very great experience!

This is a family run business, their service is really great also the room is clean and big . I love the little kitchen in room too! The view of the hotel is good too! I sent an email for enquire the location of the hotel , they send an email said they will pick up us on charge base....but so sad that I missed the email as no wifi to check email. they said they wait for us for an hour in a port. I feel so sorry for that. They are very kind that did not angry with or charge us for this. The location of the hotel is a bid far away from the town fira , need to walk around 15 - 20 mins. Also, the water is a bit salty , better to buy bottle water. Swimming is a bit smaller then in picture show. No matter how, this is a great choose to stay in this apartment with reasonable price! Family is so great and friendly. I will highly recommend you to choose it!

This is a family run hotel, the staff are so friendly and you will feel warm and cozy when staying there. However, u cannot expect it will be as clean and full equipped as the hotels in cities. Also, really appreciate the recommendations about the restaurant and places to go from the hotel. They are giving a great and reliable advice.

My family stayed there for 3 nights recently and booked two rooms. Owner Nikolina made the late check in so easy and provided fool proof instructions. Upon arrival at 2 am, the exhausted family was so uplifted by the surprise champagne and love balloons in the honey moon suite. The place is so cute, beautiful, clean, and within walking distance to all major spots. We loved their breakfast , the professional introductions about tour operators, the friendly staff, the amazing viewing deck for sunrise and sunset. We are so blessed to have found this place for our first visit to Greece and Santorini. Thank you for making our visit unforgettable. Hope to be back there soon. Highly recommend!!!!!

まずこのホテルはフロントのnicolinaさんが別格ですね。対応がスマートで、わかりやすく、とても親切です。私たちが困り事を相談した時にも、できる限りのことをしてくれました。 また、有料ですが、空港ホテル間のシャトルサービスがあるのも良いですね。早朝深夜の移動であっても安心です。 欲を言えばバスタブがあればとも思いますが、可愛い部屋でベッドも快適で、シャワールームのデザインも好きでした。過去にレビューされていたベッド枠の問題も(ベッド枠に対して僅かにマットレスが小さく、足をぶつけた人がいた？)、対策されていました。レビューなどのフィードバックをしっかりと改善に活かしている印象です。 繁華街からは少し離れており、バス停までは多少歩きますが、その分静かで、落ち着いた夜を楽しむことができます。イアまで行って夕日を見ましたが、このホテルの屋上から見ても問題な気がします。(あるいはケーブルカーのすぐ隣のレストラン) 朝食もいいですね。別料金ですが、その価値はあると思います。家族経営なので、まだ若い息子？はこれからの成長に期待です。 アプリで朝食の手配ができたり、部屋の掃除についてリクエストできたり、うまく技術も活用しながら、これからも進化して行くと思います。 またサントリーニへ来た時には泊まりたいですね。

The entire staff was wonderful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. So, so convenient to everything! The views from the rooftop were amazing. Our stay at Reverie Hotel in Santorini was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make everything seamless for us. They arranged our shuttle, booked our excursion, and even organized a car rental that was dropped off and picked up right at the hotel—so convenient! The hospitality here is unmatched, and it really felt like they cared about every detail of our stay. We can’t recommend Reverie Hotel enough and would love to return on our next visit to Santorini.

Fabulous stay at Reverie. It is very conveniently situated on the walkway between Oia and Fira. The room was clean and well maintained ( ask for room 4 if you pick a studio). Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We booked the airport transfer both ways through them and it was so easy and quick.

We had a fantastic stay at Reverie Hotel. The location in Santorini was great, away from the busier towns of Fira and Oia and in our opinion more beautiful, with lovely views of the cliffside and the sea. The hotel staff were all lovely and helpful, especially Nikolina who checked us in and also helped organise a car rental for us, as well as the housekeeping team who were friendly and kept our room clean. We would definitely stay at this hotel again – it felt like an authentic family-run business, with more personal touches than larger hotel chains, but the quality of service was just as high, especially for the price point.
