We are a small private complex only minutes away on foot from Oia city center available only for adults.
The complex has a beautiful spacious private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas available only to guests, with sea and sunset views.
An ideal holiday space for relaxation and getting away from the crowds while at the same time you are only a few minutes away from the most photographed town in the world.

Excellent Stay

Our stay at Maria's place was wonderful. Anna and her team looked after us so well, very knowledgeable about the area and made recommendations of where to eat and places to visit. Facilities are well maintained and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend it.

Delightful and access to everything

We both loved this place for its location, for its charm and most of all for Anna as a perfect host. The property is near enough to walk to Oia for the sights and restaurants, Finikia for its charm and restaurants and it’s not too long a walk to Domaine Sigalas for wine tasting. The bus stops to Fira at the end of the road, so you can get to anywhere on the island. The breakfast is something Anna is rightfully proud of and is a buffet style continental breakfast with plenty available. I’d go back here in a heartbeat and I know I’d get a big welcome from Anna and her colleagues. Thank you Anna.

Great views and a fun nightlife.

Maria is a terrific hostess! Great breakfasts and helpful tips. The room was kept clean everyday, while we ate breakfast. Good location with a car and a 10 minute walk to all the fun in the town. It is a great place to end your evening and a short walk home.

Santorini Honeymoon

To say our stay was amazing is an understatement. Anna was outstanding from the second we arrived. She informed us of all the opportunities around the island (we decided to do a wine and brewery tour as well as the Barbados boat tour). Every day she made an effort to say hello to us. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Santorini. Perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. Very much a home feeling.

Quiet place away from the hustle of downtown Oia. Still a nice view with great restaurants nearby.

Very close to two very nice restaurants to the south. Close to atv or car rental. Great view of the sea, but not the cliff/volcano side.
