Our stay at the Terracotta Sunset Suites was excellent. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bed and pillows were comfy. Our host, Lis, was very friendly and welcoming, and she let us check into our room early which was nice. She was also very quick to answer any questions we had on Whatsapp. The location is perfect - easy access to the main road, and just across the walking path to the caldera. The hotel pool has incredible views, and there's a restaurant and bar right by the pool as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming new property with easy access to both the main Oia path and the back street shops. Parking is a great asset! I had issues with air conditioning, but otherwise lovely stay and recommend d.

Note: The owner upgraded us to their sister property Mancave Sanctum Caldera Suites, so the rating is for Mancave instead of Terracotta Sunset Suites. We are really grateful for the upgrade, it makes our week-long trip unforgettable. Although you don’t see the sunrise and sunset directly from the property, the tranquil morning around the front porch is worth the early rise. It’s a 10-15 minute casual walk to the castle for sunset. A convenient market is only 2 minutes away. All rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The double jacuzzi in the front porch is very enjoyable anytime. All staff are very helpful.

Absolutely loved the stay at Terracotta suites. The staff were very responsive and anything requested was fairly quick. Our suite was upgraded and we had a large luxurious and modern room and bathroom. The bed is very very comfy as well as the pillows. I believe it is a relatively newer hotel and feels like it's in a quieter spot, which is nice. There is a pool at the other Mancave hotel further into the caldera that is accessible from the back of Terracotta that is free for use between the hotels. It's very easy to immediately get to the calderas, shops and restaurants by going through the backside of the hotel. We did have an issue with the shower handle coming off but they were highly responsive and worked on that right away. Loved the plush robes and complimentary wine as well. In the front are some designated parking spots as well for anyone who has a vehicle. With check out, it was very easy and a staff member came right on time before our private transfer came at 6AM. This staff member made sure to check our booked private transfer first to make sure we were safe and it was the right vehicle to get into, which was taking it a step further than expected with customer service without us asking. Overall a very wonderful stay, very spacious, very responsive staff, felt luxurious, close to everything and reasonably priced for Oia. Would highly recommend this hotel and am definitely going to recommend to family and friends.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής. Ολοκαίνουργιο ξενοδοχείο, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από τη καλντέρα και δίπλα σε ο,τιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Πολύ φιλόξενο το προσωπικό, με άκρως επαγγελματική προσέγγιση προς τους καλεσμένους του. Πεντακάθαρο. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα επιστρέψουμε…
