A perfect little spot!

The villas are located in a quiet part of the island but close to everything. A 4 min drive or 12 minute walk will get you right in the mix of Oia. The resort had some very good amenities that we didn’t take full advantage of, but, you could definitely spend one day to simply chill and relax there.The staff was great… smiles, courteous and the rooms were spotless cleaned every day!It was a great place, I’d definitely stay there again!

Fabulous!

Santorini was the "holiday" part of our trip to Europe and we couldn't have chosen a more relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The villas (we stayed in 2) are very spacious, well equipped, clean. Our kids (teenage boys) loved the pool and we enjoyed morning swims at Kathoros beach where we were often the only ones. The hot tub was a bonus too! Rebecca was incredibly helpful and available to book anything we wanted/needed (incl a sunset sailing trip on a yacht (max 12 ppl) which was well worth it). As per the description, the villas are situated outside of town about a 10 mi walk uphill to get to the center of Oia. We did not mind the walk (even did our grocery shopping in Oia by foot) and enjoyed being away from the crowds in Oia. if you are a runner, run early in the am (before 8) and through the town of Oia up to a small church with amazing views (it's on the footpath to Fira). You'll have the town pretty much to yourself!

Nice Property for large family

Staff was outstanding and helpful throughout. They provided a late checkout for us, stored our bags, arranged transport to and from the airport, and restaurant reservations. They offered to arrange rental cars / quads, etc. Accommodations were nice, and worked well for our family of 6. There are two bedrooms in the daylight basement, and a loft on the “top” (on grade) floor that opens directly to the living room (loft is loud if people are in the living room). Oia is incredible, and very crowded. Please note that you are a significant distance north of the main path in Oia. It took us roughly 15 minutes each way, and portions of the path are narrow and uneven. The common area pools were nice and refreshing. There is a pool bar. Food can be brought to you from other restaurants in the area,

Had a nice stay, but did not get the villa we rented!

The property is clean and well taken care of. The villa was nice, but it was not the villa we had specifically rented - we rented Villa Turkoise with 3 king beds and were given Villa Emerald with 2 kings and 2 twins which did not work for our group. It seems a wedding group had rented 3 villas and were given the Turkoise instead of us. Communication with the owner was good, but we felt like we should have been given the villa we rented. We researched a lot before we decided on this villa as one our friends has specific needs due to her physical handicap. To be fair, they did try to make it better by brining in a bed and removing the twins. The mattress was very hard and they had to bring in a topper the next day which they did. When the other people checked out of Villa Turkoise, the door was open so we looked inside and confirmed for us that this villa would have much better suited our friend’s needs. I do not appreciate the bait and switch as I had send emails to Marcos confirming that there were 3 king beds in the villa we were renting. The staff at the villas (Kelly) was very nice and I felt bad that she was put into the middle of this. However, she did what she could to make things better. She also handled setting up a dinner and transportation one night as well as covering the cost of our pizzas until we could hit the ATM. The pools were very refreshing and clean and the bar/reception area was very comfortable. The villa had most everything you needed to be comfortable, but be aware that the ladder to the loft is very steep and scary - especially if you need to climb down to use the facilities in the middle of the night. The air conditioner worked great and housekeeping came in every day to replenish towels, clean bathrooms, and whatever else needed attention. I do recommend a stay at these villas if you are in good shape. There are a lot of steps either up to the loft or down to the main living area. There are not any bedrooms on the main floor. Also the path to Oia is very rocky and not an easy climb even though it is only 400 meters.

great location and great customer service

The location is great, walking distance from Oia. Just keep in mind is steep walk everywhere. The Villa was very clean and very nice. A few things I would recommend, would be having more variety with the breakfasts even if for an extra charge and more of a variety of drinks on premises. Customer service was great and everyone was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend Sunset Villas.

A trip of a lifetime

This was our first trip to Greece and it was incredible! We stayed at Villa Topaz which was perfect for our family of 5. Katerina went above and beyond our expectations in setting up reservations for us. She always reserved us the best table, the best experiences. Each day, we'd come back from the beach to a clean villa with fresh towels. The housekeeping did a fabulous job. The dirt path to town in Oia was a little dangerous for our young kids, but aside from that, the location of the villas is optimal. You can't beat the sunset view from the property. I would highly recommend Oia Sunset Villas to anyone.

Tremendous Vacation

My wife and I gave ourselves a trip to Santorini for our 40th birthdays. With a four year old in tow, we weren't able to stay in any of the cliff hotels so we found Oia Sunset Villas and we didn't miss a beat. Marcos has built beautiful villas and has an excellent staff led by Katerina that takes care of your every needs to make your vacation what's it mean to be. The location of the villas are great, a short walk or drive (if you rent a car) to Oia and, our favorite, Ammoudi. I would highly recommend you stay at Oia Sunset Villas. I know my wife and I are looking forward to our next visit there.

Spectacular holiday, superb location

We stayed at Oia Sunset Villas in villa "Turquoise" for 4 nights in August 2015. We are a family of 6, with 4 small children (all under 10). Even before our arrival, the staff were extremely pleasant to work with and genuinely wanted us to relax and enjoy our holiday. Once we got there, we were met by Katerina who is such a delight. She offers lots of advice about where to go on the island and will even make the reservation for you for whatever you are looking to do. The villa was cleaned twice daily. In the morning, was a full cleaning and in the evening they stopped by just to take out the trash. The staff were extremely friendly and really enjoyed playing with the kids for a few minutes each day. I would highly recommend Oia Sunset Villas to anyone looking to take in the serene settings of Santorini, but still close enough to walk to the city center, and anyone looking to take in the amazing, unhindered view of the sun setting each evening.

Fabulous Oia Sunset Villas

My husband and I stayed for a week at in the really well appointed Topaz villa, part of the Oia Sunset Villa complex. The villa was perfect with everything you could need including private Jacuzzi . The manager was so welcoming and helpful with great advice on day trips to private beaches around the island and restaurant bookings and recommendations, all of which were great. Great location just walking distance to oia village, Ammoudi Bay and Kathros beach. Highly recommend.

Great stay highly recommended

Our holidays in Santorini were just awesome, from the beginning to the end. The villa is highly recommendable, everything you need and more. A great view to the famous Santorini?s sunset is just one of the advantages in Oia Sunset Villa. The village is so close and offers the best point to feel the real Santorini?s life. Katharos beach is just a few minutes by walk from the property. The villa is spotless with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. The furniture is of extremely good quality and the interior nicely decorated. The place is fantastic, the villa is wonderful, very clean, with a big place to stay also outside, very-well equipped and the owners are really gentle. In fact, they gave us everything we needed and welcomed us with a complimentary hamper. There is no dislike to write about. We had a very pleasant holiday and we certainly will return!!

Heavenly location -Excellent accommodation

It was our first time in Santorini and we had the most amazing holiday! The standard was excellent and the villa was spotless, with cleaning twice a week. Well equipped with the essentials and supplies already in the fridge, as we had arranged, so we didn’t need to dash out to the supermarket. Also, air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. The location was great, with a fabulous ocean and sunset view. We really enjoyed the place, especially the outdoor hydro massage spa. Last but not least, the owner, Marcos, was extremely kind. He welcomed us with a basket of traditional Greek products. Throughout our stay, he couldn’t have done more. He advised us with all tips for the beautiful spots of the island and helped us to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Santorini. We would definitely return to stay here. Fantastic villa, gorgeous view

The OIA SUNSET VILLAS are amazing, the location for us was perfect, just a short walk into Oia. We rented 4 spectaculars villas for a week, because we actually got married in Santorini and we have invited our families and some friends. Marcos, the owner, was always more than helpful leading up to the wedding. The place far exceeded our expectations and everything was amazing. If we went back to Santorini this is where we will stay.
