Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel à Santorin dans la suite Premium de You & Me Suites. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Sofia et toute son équipe pour leur dévouement absolument remarquable. Notre vol a eu un retard important, et malgré notre arrivée à 2h du matin, ils nous ont accueillis avec une gentillesse et une attention rares. Tout au long du séjour, ils se sont adaptés à chaque imprévu, toujours avec le sourire, toujours avec une volonté sincère de rendre notre expérience parfaite. J’ai voyagé dans de nombreux pays, et je peux dire sans hésiter que le niveau de service, la disponibilité et l’humanité de Sofia et de son équipe sont parmi les meilleurs que j’ai connus. We had an absolutely amazing time in Santorini, all thanks to the perfect location of our property! We were practically on the doorstep to everything we could dream of, from shopping and restaurants to those iconic cable cars. Our stay at You and Me Suites was nothing short of amazing! Sofia was from the beginning so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and was more than accommodating. Awesome location with a spectacular view over the bay. We had a huge suite with our own private pool. Sophia and Ilias were wonderful. She was an amazing concierge and the place is very well kept. Wonderful breakfast. On a pedestrian only street that overlooks the caldera so there are unbelievable views and sunsets.

Beautiful views!

The One and Only Cove room was lovely, spacious and clean. Our host, Sophia, made sure we had everything we needed. She kept our luggage safe while our room was getting ready. She was also very helpful in arranging all transport for us.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at You and Me Suites in Santorini, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the host was absolutely fantastic. The suite itself was nice and the views from our cliffside room were breathtaking. However, our experience was significantly marred by the unfortunate seismic activity on the island. Over the course of three days, there were over 500 earthquakes, with tremors occurring approximately every 15 minutes. It was quite unsettling, especially in a room perched on a cliff. The hotel had to drain all the pools due to safety concerns related to the cliff's weight, which added to the unease. In light of these emergencies, the government implemented emergency flights for tourists wishing to leave the island, prompting us to reconsider our safety. We were advised to keep our phones charged and gather important documents, heightening our anxiety during the stay. Ultimately, we felt it was unsafe to remain in the hotel. We reached out to the owner to discuss the possibility of a partial reimbursement, given that we had four days left on our reservation and the extraordinary circumstances leading to our early departure. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing; the owner was not understanding at all and did not offer any form of compensation or support . For future guests the lack of support from owners overshadowed our experience and the owners did not live in Santorini so they didn’t experience what we did .
