"The AC doesn’t cool below 25 degrees. The hotel has a preset to only cool down to that temperature. We informed the staff about it. They played with us, setting it in fan mode. Then they said they would change the room. At the end, no room change, no AC cooling. We couldn’t sleep comfortably for the 3 nights we stayed there."

"Always nice to stay at Ibis. Breakfast was ok, the eggs were cold. Surprised that there is no storage at all in the room. Hard to believe that as a new Ibis, they did not plan for that. Also, the lack of a secure wi-fi is a MAJOR mistake."

"I really expected to be unimpressed from some if the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. My room was on the 7th floor, and had a ceiling fan, so no temperature issues that some have mentioned. Also, no negative smells that I could detect. The free breakfast was good, with many choices-- eggs, meats, cheeses, breads and pastries, juices, and a coffee machine that can make various selections. And in a pretty, parklike setting near the airport (despite that, I heard no plane noise). I also tried the Attitude restaurant. Food was good. One woman server was outstanding. One younger guy was not. All in all, I'd definitely return."
