Incredibly helpful staff. Very well run, comfortable, clean hotel. Great location in a safe neighborhood near the beach. My only complaint is that the internet was not terrribly reliable.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Special mention to Filipe at reception / hotel entrance who paid our taxi , as the taxi’s card machine did not work . He was very kind and trusting as it took one hour or so until we could pay him back . Compared to other hotels we stayed in santos , this had an organised breakfast ; very clean rooms and obliging and pleasant staff .

I would give 6 stars for friendlyness and helpfulness of the crew if I could. The building maintenance needs a few touches like refreshing some ceiling paint here and there, and a bit more attention to cleaning, but nothing serious. Suggestions: provide 2 towels per guest as standard (to dry long hair), and make outlet adapters available if required.

I booked this hotel at the last minute due to an impulse decision to stay in Santos a few days after taking a MSC cruise. I did not have any high expectations but just wanted a place to stay near the beaches. I was pleasantly surprised by this property. They offer a very good included hot breakfast including omeletes and tapioca made to order along with a gym and a surprising lively rooftop bar at night. Paid parking is also available. This location is NOT in the center of the beach area and is not beach front. It's located more or less after passing the beaches and sits about a block away from the beach. Therefore, we used Uber to get to the center of the action but it was only about a 7-8 minute ride. In fact we rented electric scooters to get back to the hotel. would stay here again without hesitation. he beach area is very nice and safe. But be aware that the staff does not speak English.

Localização excelente. Disponibilidade para entrar no quarto antes do horário do check-in o que facilitou na chegada. Quarto arendeu as expectativas. Faltou clareza nas informações do Bar no rooftop em relação à pagamento de R$ 30 por pessoa para entrar no espaço sem retorno do valor por consumação. E atendimento ruim por parte dos atendentes que ficam na entrada do bar. Não entramos.

Péssimo. Banheiro com vaso sanitário completamente solto. Do ralo do boxe saia um cheiro de esgoto que tomava conta do quarto, mesmo mantendo a porta do banheiro fechada. A noite, baratas saiam do ralo do banheiro. A porta do quarto não fechava, era necessário travar com a trinca de apoio. O restaurante terceirizado é sofrível e caro. Pedi uma tilápia com legumes, purê e polenta frita, $80 + 10%, serve 1 pessoa, o peixe estava com gosto característico de passado, odor forte, o purê que foi vendido como de batata era de saquinho de farelo misturado com água, a polenta frita em óleo velho e os legumes estavam azedos, larguei lá, mas paguei. Aí fui na recepção onde tinha um mini mercado comprar um sanduíche natural para jantar, o sistema do mini mercado estava fora do ar, e assim ficou até os outros dias. O estacionamento é obrigatório deixar com manobista, o carro voltou com a porta de trás arranhada. O café da manhã é fraco e com frios passados. Não recomendo
