"The house was clean but if you don’t speak Swahili, or you are a traveler from outside the country, I would recommend to have a second thought. First of all, it was very difficult to receive the key of the house. The number I was given was not reachable on the day of arrival, even after the time of check in. At about 18pm we could reach another number of the lady who actually has the key. She works at a town which is 12km away from Moshi town, we had to wait for her work to finish, then come to...

"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable.
